I had a very horrible experience from the Menly store. I went to buy shoes and was given recommendation to get an innersole for the specific shoes I wanted to buy from the sales consultant in the store prior from me buying it. I got the shoes and realized that its not comfortable at all and requested for an exchange for other shoes in the store and NOT a refund. I was told that they could not assist me with that request.I called the head office and was told the same thing. I have been a loyal customer and have been buying shoes from this store for a while and this was the treatment I got and horrible customer service from this store. Not to mention the amount of money I bought this shoe for.
