Their apps are so bad I would recommend to pay a bit more and never have to use their services. I had to struggle for hours to get a contractor into our estate, thanks to their app not working and it is just getting worse with every release. I work in a development environment myself and there are plenty of much better customer experience apps out there. In my own experience, this company is by far the worse.
