Covid protocols mean nothing here. Actually pathetic this is allowed to go on.

I walked in at closing time and was nearly turned away after pleading was helped. The ladies are not very pleasant to deal with though

Great experience, quick and easy renewing car license. Took a solid 10 minutes and staff was very friendly

Downloaded eNatis Licence renewal form online and printed it, walked to Sloane Square, drew cash and went to the Bryanston PO to renew the car licence.The polite lady served me IMMEDIATELY, and took what seemed like LESS THAN A MINUTE to issue and print my new vehicle licence. AMAZING, polite and fast service - they deserve all the praise for their EXCELLENT SERVICE,

The PO Box service is horrible. Every year one pays for the Pbox, & one is told this doesnt belong to you. ( While one has been paying for 3 years) They never update their systems and the forms one fills are probably thrown in the dustbin. One just pays. Noisy, most counters dont work. Pathetic place. Sad to see how it went from excellent to pathetic.

Have to wait very long to enter inside very busy but the staff are very friendly and helpful customer service are good

Ive been trying to locate my register letter and nobody can help me. I have the tracking number and the proof that its at Bryanston Post Office. Nobody answers the TWO phone numbers. The one has an answering machine that Im sure will not get answered too. This is not the first time they have lost my goodies. Lets home another visit will yield better results.

Not busy and people friendly

Clean and competent. Surprisingly efficient. Was done in 5 minutes max. Guess it depends on when you come here.

I had tried for nearly 3 months to gain access to our post box at the Cramerview Post office to no avail. Our rental had been paid to January 2020 but we could not unlock our post box we had had for over 20 years.Eventually, after many conflicting pieces of advice, I was told to go to Bryanston Post Office in Sloane Square and where I met Thys the Branch Manager. I told him my story and the sad news that inbetween all this saga, I had lost my husband while on holiday in September and just did not know where to turn as I knew we had post waiting for us in the Post Office Box.Well, I could not have wished for a more sympathetic listener and a more efficient response. My visit was on Tuesday. He promised that on Wednesday a new lock would be installed and by Thursday when I went to check with my new key, all was well. The door opened without a problem and there with the post, was the second key waiting for me.THANK YOU SO MUCH, THYS! I am enormously grateful that this saga has ended.Brenda Dry

Worst service ever! Slow, multiple systems offline and rude workers! Tried again on another day, but the same treatment. Called in advance too, to make the queue shorter, this just resulted in the woman putting my call on hold for more than 10 minutes.

Walked in at 4pm to do a licence renewal waited for 15mins to be told they stop printing licence discs at 4pm but the office closes at 4:30pm? #Wack

Can this post office please be closed down and re-opened with new staff and management that want to work. These people dont deserve jobs.

The rudest, most unhelpful front staff I have ever encountered at a post office! They clearly have no concept of customer service. Manager was very helpful, otherwise my review would have been 1 star only. I wont be coming back anytime soon!!

Rubbish Service, Rubbish Post Office - four people stand patiently in line for motor vehicle licence renewal at an unattended counter. Some overweight manager is throwing parcels into a trolley with deafening bangs (hope its not fragile) while ignoring the customers.After ten minutes of waiting, a lethargic staff member who happens to wander up to a nearby window to use stationary is asked by the first gentleman in line if they can man the counter. She lazily says oh, there is no-one to do license renewals.The staff gives no info on alternate locations, puts no sign on the window to say it is closed, but just says it wont be open tomorrow, or the day after, or ever.Thanks for wasting my lunch break.

You can renew motor licence here, not many people

My call was answered immediately, the Postmaster Thys, referred me to the correct person and my problem was sorted. What a nice change!

This post office is horrible😈 they got my parcels since June but no recept is sent to me or notification.I go there a lot but they keep giving me the massive books to search for my name, no name there they say they cant help track an international tracking number.It hurts that my parcels are getting sent back to the sender one by one while am helpless .

Pillar of incompetence. Package can make it half way around the world, just to get lost within the South African post office.

The phone never gets answered. Whenever I go through Thys, the manager is out...its been 4 times up to now that I have driven through. MArk Barnes should try get this place up to standard, starting with the boss...he should be at his place of work! I leave messages for Thys with the lady at the counter. She promises that hell get back to me. He hasnt yet...left a message 2ce for him seeing he was out every time. Im trying to trace a parcel from the US which was delivered and is traceable on the system, for which I got NO LETTER TO NOTIFY ME THAT IT IS THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE. And since I missed collecting it, it is on its way back to the US, unless Thys managed to send the necessary email to the depot. BUT HE IS NEVER IN. SO how could he have done that and how could I find out!??FRUSTRATION with a CAPITAL FFFFFF

Useless post office . They have received a registered letter I sent. Witspos confirms that this letter is at their branch but they turn the receipient away saying that they have no such letter with them. How can service of such low quality be allowed to continue. Really pathetic !!!!!!!!!

The y do Motor Vehicle License renewal but I am not happy with the service. You go there only to find out that one person is on leave and they did not make any arrangement for another person to do MVL renewals.

Line is always busy. How on earth can you have an hour long call

Ive sent many parcels back to Pakistan and they have always been sent to Customs the next day or the same day. Priority mail gets the parcels out the country within 15 days 100% of times. If you go at around 10 or 11 the waiting time is less than 15mins. Ajay

Not good service, one day off line, next day do not answer phones

Service was slow and confusing while renewing vehicle registration licence.

Hours on Saturday end earlier than what Google maps says.
