I received amazing customer service from Evelyn at the pharmaceutical counter. I had run out of my chronic medication and was needing to get it from this Clicks specifically as it was the only pharmacy my medical aid covered in my area. They unfortunately didnt have my medication. However, Evelyn ordered it in for me and I received it the next day, right in time. When I went to collect it, it was already packed and submitted for me and all I had to do was pay for the outstanding levy. It was such a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this Clicks. And I would especially recommend dealing with Evelyn, she was amazing.

Ok, being a clicks fan I really feel bad writing this, actually no, people need to know that this clicks pharmacy is THE SLOWEST SERVICE EVER. They have a ticket system but my goodness. I was at this pharmacy with 2 people in front of me for more that 40 minutes. When I showed the clicks staff they laughed and said ja, they are very slow and people have complained....I will go somewhere else as this has now happend twice....life is too short to stand in STUPID cues.
