I had a great experience. I needed a certian medication for a seriosly ill child traveling home to another province after discharge from hospital.Ronald in the pharmacy went out of his way to order the medication for me and have it delivered on the same day .Several other pharmacies in the area could not help.It will make a big difference to keeping the child out of hospital

Horrific customer service. Employees refuse to assist with anything. A pharmacist left their desk to help me find what I needed because the floor staff was behaving lazily and unprofessionally.

This is the worst Clicks store I have ever been at. The cashiers are ok, however the floor staff just stand there and stare at you. May as well put Mannequins on the floor in clicks uniform, because the ladies in the store are not willing to help
