This is the place to shop!!! EXCELLENT customer service. Fast, very helpful, friendly and efficient service. After I encountered a delivery problem with goods received, Ally contacted me and was sorted in no time. Got the right product the very next day. Thanks again Ally!! You deserve 10 stars!

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. The level of service and update you receive when purchasing products is exceptional. Thanks 4aPet you guys are awesome!!!

Very interesting and wide range of pet accessories and pet health goodies, not your average online pet store that sells food though. Pet toy I bought was great, loved the fact that silicone and not plastic, its good quality.

Outstanding customer relationship, very professional and super quick deliveries. Nice and different product range compared to other pet supply companies! Very good value for money! Highly recommended!

Excellent service. Quick and very helpful. Ordered and got my order next day. Emailed me constantly with updates. After service also exceptional. Very happy customer .

An easy online shopping experience with products arriving under 24hours! The products I ordered were also great quality and the customer service is great. I would definitely recommend 4aPet and the products I bought off their website.

This was my first time ordering online from 4aPet. I was impressed! My order was put together quickly and professionally & even with an economy delivery service, I got it within 24hrs. I also got clear instructions on how to use one of the products, which was a great help. They also kept me updated as to when my parcel would be delivered so I didnt have to stay at home and waste hours waiting for the couriers. I will definitely use 4aPet again.

Easy to buy online and the correct product was delivered within two days! Great service

I recently purchased allergy itch ease for my shepardor and within a week we have seen such a tremendous improvement, his hair has started to grow back and he is less aggressive than before. Im am very pleased and happy with the product and I highy recommend this treatment product. Lastly the boss lady behind this online store is such a lovely human being, very helpful and puts her customers first even if it means sacrificing her off time to answer to messages she does it all. Customer service is absolutely great. These products are highly recommended and all natural.

Awsome service same day delivery helpful and friendly

Fantastic service and amazing products from 4aPet. Shopping experience was made easy and I was kept up to date on my parcels whereabouts from the minute I made payment to the day it was out on delivery. This is my new favourite website for shopping for me pets.

A good customer experience. Prompt delivery and regular updates on the progress of the order. The socks were too small for my dogs, although labeled large but that is not a reflection on 4aPet. They did provide measurements which gave me an indication that it might be small but i took a chance anyway, since the price was very reasonable.

4aPet is really the best place to buy goodies, meds, grooming goodies, and even food and snacks for your 4 legged kids. You can order on line, pay, choose to be delivered or even go collect yourself. I have received the best service so far with my orders and would recommend everybody to enjoy the same. Give it a try, you will love them as I do.

Fast and effective. I placed an order the Thursday morning and already received it Friday morning (I am in Bloemfontein). Well priced and as a natural-minded person I love all the natural remedies they have available.

My first experience with 4aPet is really impressive! One of the items on my order was out of stock. I was offered to have the item shipped to me when it became available, but I chose a refund. The money refund was as super quick as the delivery! 4aPet ROCKS! Thanks for you super service guys!

After searching high and low for reasonably priced dog socks for my Pug, 4aPet had the perfect solution! Cute little socks and I could pay online and collect which worked out even better for me! Ive already referred two friends to the online store since!

Order was delivered quickly and the prices cant be beat

Excellent service, great pricing. I receieved my order within 3 days of ordering. I will most definitely be a returning customer!

The most amazing service, the personal touch any customer would want and the best products available for your loving furry friends...Thanks for the great service 4APet

Received my order timeously. First time buying an electronic item online and was a bit sceptical, however the item came well packaged and secured, and worked perfectly. Will definitely continue shopping from 4aPet!
