Amazing staff and nurses. Im a very difficult patient, as I have a severe fear of medical procedures and needles. The nurse was patient with me, and made it a painless process.

Poor service, staff have bad attitudes. If you can avoid this branch do.

I was given a learner this morning. After trying both of the bluest veins and pumping the syringe to get blood, she got nothing and called another more experienced person. This lady told me that the bluest veins dont give blood and chose a smaller vein. Im now sitting with sore pin cushion arms. Wont go back there.

I did not experience any problems going through the process to get blood drawn for tests at this branch. Staff was friendly too. It did get a bit busy during mid-morning but still did not take long.

Not very organised

If there was 1/2 a star option I would have gone for it. My child was poked like 8 times only to be told 2 days later that the blood sample was taken incorrectly and they need to do it all over again. Unacceptable
