Terrible service - wow. The lady was uninterested and behaved as if I was doing her a favour and wasting her time. She recommended the shopping complex security assist me to carry my boxes to the car because she went back to ironing her shirt in the store, imagine! Happy to drive out and find another branch next time.

I went in to enquire about purchasing boxes for a house move. I was told that unless I had cash, they couldnt do the transaction because it was near closing time and they had already cashed up.I was not impressed and went to Westpack instead where the service and prices were far better.

Location: Good, central location in the newly renovated Sloane Square, with visible shop posters to help you find the shopService: The worst service I have received from a branch bearing The Boxman name (I have been to many of The Boxman stores).I wasnt greeted upon entering the store. While I was browsing a list of the packages that the store offers, a rude shopkeeper tells me The store is closed.When I point out that the website says that the store is open until 18h00, and it is only 17h30, the shopkeeper tells me that I am wrong, and that as of today the store is closing at 17h30, and ushers me out of the store, closing the door behind me.Im not sure if she was the owner/manager of the store, or simply an employee, but her customer service was completely absent, and a disgrace to The Boxmans good name

Good service good selection reasonably priced. If you planning a move this is a good spot to grab some boxes and tape etc
