Copcas

I called Copcas to enquire about delivering supplies, Dave was very helpful and so I emailed them for a quotation and to place the order.17 days later and 5 emails requesting further information I have still not had a reply.They obviously dont need my business but then it would have been helpful to just mention that to me when I called.Appalling service, I certainly wont use their products/service in the future.
