Also ordered product and paid, had to wait for months and still nothing.The best 100% real answer they can give is, sorry send us a letter so we can approve a refund, can not even supply some of our stock! just say no as favorable clients gets products first, will rather source product direct from China not up to scratch with manufacturing. not a good supplier!!

Ordered equipment, had to pay upfront, told 2-4 weeks, been 10 weeks now, 1 unit out of four ordered has arrived. They have no idea where the other items are, Shocking service, no urgency at all, they escalate things by sending an email, no phone calls to Germany, pathetic!!

The secretary lady is unprofessional cannot answer and put calls through.she dropped the phone on me twice,and i need to follow up on an order.not impressed.

Worst company to do business with. You pay them the money and then when it is time to deliver they have ten million excuses when you eventually get a hold of someone!!! NEVER AGAIN!!
