ironmongery WAREHOUSE

First time in a while been to business. Stock holding v poor. Only support their own brand now and no longer stock other brands

Sydney was very helpful and friendly. He was also willing to beat prices that we had received elsewhere.

Looking for extraordinary awesome door handles? Come here, awesome stuff they keep in this joint....

The service at the Kramerville store was excellent. The sales lady was very knowledgeable and patient. She made sure that I was happy with all the items I bought and she has a lot or product knowledge too.

Fantastic service

Great looking and quality custom made calini handles.

I am currently experiencing the worst service I have ever experienced by ANY company Ive ever dealt with. I ordered a custom made Calini pull handle over 4 weeks ago from the Centurion branch. Was told 10 days and Ill have it. 10 days came and went and I had to follow-up. No call from their side. For the past 2 weeks Ive been promised delivery on numerous occasions BUT the only interaction taking place is me phoning over and over again. Still, NO HANDLE!!! It seems that internal politics and a lack of responsibility is running this branch.

Great place to go, the ladies are very helpful and knowledgeable.
