Relationship started great when we were getting quote and ordering the relevant stock. We had booked for a specific date and time for installation but no one pitched. Called the office and only then was I informed that Alban is sick.Life happens and I understand the illness what confused me was the lack of communication about not being to come install.Luckily someone else stepped in to assist but we still haven’t heard anything regarding the second part of the installation.
