Two expensive items handed in for dry cleaning, a woolen winter coat and a cream formal jacket. Both came back smelling of body odour, which they didnt smell of before, and a rip in the lining of the woolen jacket, and the woolen jacket was missing and had to be hunted for at the back. And the customer service was non-existant.Never again.

Very reliable and efficient on they work and deadlines, the tailor done excellent work on the alterations of my curtains.

MOST HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! So first my shoes are burnt in the companies care, beyond use. . Then the OWNER tries to blame someone else (not my problem as you have my shoes??). Then they insult me by assuming my shoes are second hand and will therefore reimburse me less than what they are valued at, . And last but not least. They have the audacity to charge me R135 for tips and heal protectors of the other set of shoes I took in after the trauma and the wasted time they have caused.This is beyond disgraceful and I will never ever come back to this store. ON TOP OF ALL OF THAT THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE REFUSE TO SPEAK IN A LANGUAGE YOU CAN UNDERSTAND....
