If I could give them one 3rd of a star I would. Customer service is pathetic, you raise a ticket for a query they dont even get back to you they just send a mail saying the ticket has been closed, they debit your card without any warning after you havent been using their service and cancelled 4 months ago. They dont listen to understand your frustration but are parrots repeating the same line over and Over from a script which they all clearly have. An incredibly frustrating experience and if never recommend anyone to use them!
