My parking level never had any paypoint for some reason and I had to wonder around late at night trying to find one.. Not a good experience

Great location, excellent furniture, impressive toilets, regular service, untrained staff. I enjoyed the room but not the service. The phone wasnt working and they didnt fix it when I complained. The kitchen is missile l missing many items and no one cares. The tv didnt work and no proper help. The restaurant is not really a restaurant. Its a hybrid mix of a bar and a cafee. It should be a 5 star facility and they charge a lot. If like to go back again. I just hope theyll upgrade their services part.

This is a very beautiful hotel. Location is perfect, with in walking distance to many nice restaurants and Mandela Square. Also has a wonderful mall where you can get everything you may need. The hotel staff is very friendly. The spa is gorgeous. My stay here was very relaxing. Just basking in comfort and convenience and luxury. I truly enjoyed my stay at Michelangelo Towers.

This is a very high end hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by how big and complete the room was. It was equipped with everything needed for a nice cozy stay; fully equipped kitchen with utensils and plates, microwave, oven, washing machine and refrigerator. The bathroom has separate shower, bath tub and toilet areas. The living room is a wide open space with a balcony and large TV. It is even suitable to host business meetings. Room service comes to provide water and chocolate everyday at 19:00. I highly recommend this place.

Very well appointed. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent and safe location. Perfect for long stays.Carry small amounts of cash on you for tips. The staff never asks for it, but they go out of their way to help you and earn it.

Great accommodation, lovely views, easy access to variety of shops, close to airport link (train).Staff are quite friendly and the restaurants are pretty good. A number of restaurants on Nelson Mandela Square just round the corner if you want more variety.

We stayed 2 nights over a weekend. Very nice rooms. Breakfast included and was outstanding. Super convenient with two malls, grocery stores, and restaurants attached. Very safe. Friendly staff. This is the place to stay in Jo’burg. suggestions to book rooms facing Mandela Square its the best view in my opinion with top restaurants at your door step

The little enclave of the very rich, as if the rest of South Africa didnt exist. The oppulent wealth here is somewhat putrid, but the EFF and their ilk love it just like that. Its such a unique sense of power to discuss the decay of all social institutions whilst sipping on a glass of average red wine that is ceremonially served at the cost of more than the daily wage of a labourer.

This is a Heaven on Earth venue. Sophisticated and ever pleasing. Highly recommend.

This place looks nice from the outside but on the first night here the hotel lost power and Internet and tv service. There were alarms going off in the hallways till 1 am. The hotel staff was very rude, especially the manager. They werent able to provide an ETA for when service would come back on which effected my ability to work. Internet service was also spotty and slow, not good for business travelers. Please beware of this place.
