Im still waiting for my membership card, which they claim was sent in February. Im starting to wonder whether this company is even legit!

Ive been calling you on 8/9 occasion but to no avail. Weve kept on for between 25-40 minutes at a time, just wanting to send you an email to pay the PathCare account. Knowing PathCare they will send you lawyers letters if the account is not settled. Please send me an email account where we need to send the claim too. You have a call back service as well but for the last 2 weeks not even a return on my calls.

Stay far away from Unity Health!My daughter broke her finger 2 weeks ago. Have not been able to log onto the app despite numerous emails. Theyve debited my account and subsequently updated that my accounts been suspended. Disastrous organization.

I have been trying to contact them. their services are poor I am still waiting for my claim to be attended to. Worst medical aid service I ever had I shall be cancelling this service. Do not use them its a massive scam they only good for doctors notes.

My young son and I have been members for 4 years. We have not claimed much but when we have, our claims were settled very quickly. The service provided was efficient and highly professional. I very highly recommend Unity Health as the benefits provided against the premium paid is the best in the market. They dont cover hospitalisation if you are sick only accidental and emergency. Poor service provider.

Have you wondered why Discovery and other insurance policies are so expensive? It is because they do not remove certain procedures that would be covered under other insurances.They cover extractions but not surgical extractions. Which is by the way what most dentists want to do when doing an extraction because it prevents future complications. You will only find this out when you already signed.
