So I won a keyboard via Asus Republic of Gamers facebook page.Super happy about my new keyboard, I donated my old Red Dragon keyboard to someone else (because why not). After a couple of months the Asus Keyboard broke (started double typing). I made contact with Asus South Africa, but now they are ignoring me and refusing to respond to my emails.I am currently without a keyboard, this after i have been a big suporter of Asus. I own an Asus 24 144hz screen, X470 motherboard and various items before that. The fact that they are merely ignoring me puts them in a very bad light. Wont be supporting them again in future #dissapointedcustomer

The best brand and service out there. I use and sell their products almost exclusively and havent had a days issue, any issues that have come up have been resolved in a timely manner. Only bad issues ive had is with customers expecting more than what is due to them and blaming the brand when the re-seller was at fault.

Bought an ASUS laptop. Battery stopped working, as did the touchpad. It looked like something was pushing up on the touchpad. Had a computer technician open it up and it turns out the battery had swelled up to the point of almost exploding.Battery is the original ASUS battery.

Absolutely pathetic service!Cant get any approved dealers to sell me an extended warranty for a new laptop/notebook.They send you from pillar to post and all they tell you is that they only deal with clients that have accounts with them. So much for client service.

I bought an ASUS laptop from Loot.co.za.When delivered and I opened this supposedly sealed box I found it was a second hand laptop with the F11 key missing.after much fighting with loot it was revealed that ASUS was only willing to replace the item in their own time and we not willing to make any special plans or offer any other products to ensure a happy customer.I say rather give Dell, HP Lenovo a try not like ASUS is anything special or different

I just bought the Asus laptop F540MA from Matrix. Microsoft insist to update Windows 10 to their latest update version 1903.At about 82% the install process is interrupted forcing me to abandon the update and reboot. Running update trouble shooter twice all update issues were resolved except for driver issues.I managed to update the Intel graphics and WAN drivers. But alas, there are still hardware pending updates detected, thus blocking Microsoft update to run its courses. So, now I will pay Asus a visit and see or hear what they have to say. After a lot of online research, I finally managed to update Windows 10 built 1803 to 1903. Both Asus and Matrix are poor service providers. All they are interested in is to move their products. After that, you are on your own.
