This is the 3rd time Ive been there, trying to apply for a new passport. Everytime I go they tell me to come back next week.

Very bad from the side of the caretaker lady...So rude...She refused to give me a new passport while I have knowledge it is there... Seems she is after something...Treated like am talking to a foreigner...

The welcome is not bad and the service is not bad

We have been there since morning 8 am up to 12 noon thats when they came out just to address us something they could have done maybe earlier than that.Service need to improve drastically

Bad service, The receptionist hardly know any general information About visa or Malawi passports etc, Their website is bad layout with outdated informations absolutely rubbish, greedy employees and corrupt officials, If I was Minster of foreign affairs or if I had direct communication with him, I would make sure everything and everyone goes without jobs, no respect at all
