First day back at the gym after two weeks of closure during advanced level 4 lockdown and WOW! I must commend the staff for how clean and pristine the gym is. From the equipment, to the floors and all the way up to the windows, the gym is absolutely spotless. I have visited many virgin branches and this is by far, the cleanest I have ever seen any of them (including the classic collections) 👏🏽 well done to the staff. You have outdone yourselves!

VA will always be my home away from home when training and also as an Ex-employee.The staff are always friendly and helpful. Covid Regulations are in place. Constant cleaning of equipment. 5 stars guys well done. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great gym,multiple services under one roof...big space,lots of space,equipment & class options

My card wallet fell out of my bag in the foyer. I only noticed it was missing 24hrs later. Rushed to the gym thinking that I had a big problem on my hands. When I arrived the staff had found it and had kept it safe and secure. Nothing was missing. Compliments to the staff at the front desk for taking care of lost items.

I wish this gym could do the little things that would make a difference. The cold pool, never a favorite.

Ive only ever had good experiences at this gym. The staff are always friendly and ask how my workout went or what Im training that day. They always have cleaning staff on all areas of the gym keeping it clean and making sure the weights/equipment is well sanitized. Love this place!

This is the most beautiful VA I have ever visited. Set in a nature reserve it has an outdoor feel. It is spacious, light and airy and spotlessly clean.The staff are super helpful and friendly.

A smaller gym, but I prefer it. Cardio and ladies weights are on the upper level, whilst men can do weight-training on the lower level by the pool. A bit further away is the circuit.Staff are very friendly and always close by if you need assistance, no matter what time of the evening.Nice size studio as well.Change rooms have just been updated with private change areas. Very nice.

Quiet and good old school equipment in the weight section.

The equipment at the gym is good quality and it has a great vibe and environment. Staff at the entrance is always polite and welcoming. The only problem I have is with certain staff at Kauai. There is never anyone at the counter and it sometimes takes time to get their attention because they sit in the back on their phones, and sometimes have a poor attitude. Other than that, the gym is great.

Loved it.

This is my safe haven to release my stress...the Heat classes are the best to let lose...their equipment is up to date and world class...

Well maintaned, wide selection of equipment and weights. The upstairs has a nice view of the park for people doing cardio and wanting to zone out on nature.Lockers are always clean, friendly staff and well organized circuit. No issues.

Always enjoy this Club - nice people at the desk and not overcrowded when I visit it.

The club manager at Virgin active needs to attend a customer service workshop, he does not know how to speak to members and is extremely rude and obnoxious. They keep removing gym benches and leave the entire gym with one bench??? and then tell you its due to COVID. Please the benches where there after lock down and are 2m apart.

Small, newly equipped gym with polite, friendly staff and generally non-pretentious patrons. Kauai bar makes great smoothies!

They have some of the older equipment which is great but the gym is way too small.

Renovations make all the difference. Love the new stretching area.

Nice location, but awkwardly placed pillars in the main studio make getting a good position in the class essential.

Small gym but I never find it overly busy. Weight section is smaller than the average VA with less variety of equipment but you can still manage to do complete workouts
