Thank you to all the incredible humans who looked after me on the 17th of Feb when I went in for my procedure.What a lovely experience! I would particularly like to compliment Wendy K in Pre & Post Op who is the most wonderful nurse I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.Surgery is always a scary thing, especially lying in that a cold room waiting to be wheeled into theatre. Wendy heated a blanket for me and didnt leave my side until I was taken in. Thank you Wendy for making me giggle, keeping me distracted and being there when I opened my eyes. You have a true gift at keeping your patients calm💙Great facility with 5 star staff!

Dr Joanne Pottow was amazing with my journey. So patient and thorough. By listening to her and following her well mapped out plan I was able to conceive on the first try. She truly is amazing. Keep it up Doc! 💞

This is by far the best facility and staff I have been to after 2 failed attempts at other facilities. They are very professional and have compassion for their patients. I would give them a 10/10.They dont charge medical aid rates just slightly above but itll be worth every penny.Thank you Medfem

Dr Clark is such an amazing DR with great bedside manner. His patient and sensitive and treats each patient like they the only patient. He explains processes and procedures well enough to be understood. He gives you so much hope and never gives up until the outcome is what you wanted.All the staff at Medfem are incredible. Dr J Pottow is amazing. She is always so patient and will explain things to you 100 times if you need it. She has such a wonderful bedside manner and always makes you feel comfortable.Just be aware that they dont work on an appointment basis so its first come first serve. You have to get there early if you dont want a long wait!

My husband and I just started the surrogacy program here and so far they have been amazing to us. Lee-Ann is wonderful and we can’t wait to have our children. You guys are so organized and it really is a one stop shop for all of your needs.

Dr VS has been wonderful and our boy is as a result of his magic!. However, we have had 2 terrible encounters with the accounts staff. Their terrible attitude and poor client experience put us on the defence. Customer service training is recommended!

Dr Schouwenburg is one of the most friendliest specialists i have ever met and he is also very thorough with explaining to you what the problem and solution is.I would refer anyone to Medfem they do wonderful work.

My wife was at Bioart fertility clinic who unfortunately ran out of a medication, due to recent shortage in the country. I called Medfem pharmacy and they agreed to supply it. When i went to collect the pharmacist EV refused to supply, saying they only supply if prescribed their doctors. This is despite me having a script and pleading that my wife desperately needed the meds. The accounts person also told me they have supplied external patients before. Dont waste your time with such difficult people

Excellent. Receptionists efficient, fast and friendly. Everything spotlessly clean from linen to floors to bathrooms. Nursing staff caring and kind, extremely attentive. Havent received such professional nurses (who obviously have a calling for being nurses) in years! Netcare and Mediclinic need to take a leaf out of Medfems books and employ staff like this!!!

Great doctors indeed....but maybe not as thorough as before. Also 2 of the 3 billing agents taking care of the accounts are truly horrible and should be taught customer service, esp. with internationnal patients. I had too many unpleasant encounters with 1 of them...i am a client since 2012!
