Worst bank to have ever exist. Unclear charges on account that drive your interest up to 50% on repayments. They just hide it utilising different wording. Companies like this are everything that is wrong with this country. Highly recommend you stay as far away from this bank as possible I unfortunately had to learn the hard way

They have lovely premises but dont seem to be able to handle the basics in attending to winding up of Estates - their core business? No sense of urgency! Very disappointing service!

I have been fighting for 2.5 years for a simple estate to be finalized. One simple small life policy and one vehicle is part of the estate and as of today (11th May 2021) the estate is still not sorted out. Standard Trust Limited has exceptionally poor communication. I have experienced very unprofessional service and would highly recommend avoiding this entity by all means possible. Numerous mistakes have been made on their part, that over the years have required my intervention to help them resolve their mistakes. I have been prompting for feedback every couple weeks/months and without doing this, no feedback was ever given. I would rate them as zero stars if there was an option to select zero. Very disappointed with this entity.

Exceptional service from the employees. The office park is well maintained and they have strict covid- 19 regulations upon arrival.

Avoid Standard Trust Ltd like the plague. They have been administrators of my late fathers will trust since 1978. These people are morally bereft. The grief they have caused me and my family is unspeakable. It shatters my heart that my late father entrusted them with what was his.

The delays and lack of communication are unbelievable. I would not recommend.

Please DO NOT rely on Standard Bank for Estates and Wills.They charge far more than real accountants and they are useless.When I say useless, I mean useless.They do not respond to e-mails and If you require any documentation or work to be done you will need to beg and plead it. it will not be a quick or easy process.Support small companies that actually deserve the income.

USELESS!!!! They never reply, constantly delay and theres always someone new working on the estate. Been 3 years now and still waiting. BLOODY PATHETIC

I have never encountered a slower, more shockingly indifferent to customer needs organization. No calls answered, no mails answered for months. I make personal attendances on their plush offices. I am polite, I emphasize that the estate of my mother, a minor estate, has taken over two years to move at all. Still nothing happens. No funds are distributed, no actions taken, an entirely hopeless bunch of unprofessional people. I ask myself, are they corrupt?
