The worst consulate with such a disgusting service. I applied for a visa schengen for my wife and kids to travel in July till mid august. They met all the requirements still the visa was not issued. And now , the so called consulate is still holding on the passports of my wife and kids. If you decline someones application for any reason it is fine and i will respect the decision and it is common sense to return the passports. But they still have the passport and I am told to write a letter that I have cancelled the application so that i can get back the passports. This is so disgusting and unprofessional.

Made my wife of 33 years feel like a 3rd class none entity. I am Belgium and she is a sa citizen.
