Kitchenique

Wow!! The level of service is amazing! Staff are so friendly, even when I had to exchange some items, no issue :) You can hear the smile on the other side of the line, kindness goes a long way. Thank you Kitchenique! Yasmina :)

My fave gift shop. Variety and the staff are so helpful, always. All the brands and reasonable prices.

I am very impressed with the service and manner in which the staff of Kitchenique handles orders and customers. Nicci and Renee had my order delivered in two days. They never got impatient when I could not make up my mind, their focus was customer satisfaction. You will defnitely hear from me soon. Good quality products at fair prices

What wonderful prompt service! Ordered my Romertopfs online and received my parcel within 72 hours. Such helpful friendly staff too. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Stocking the best of the best at fair pricing. What more could you want. Always a pleasure to pop in

Tough one to rate. The merchandise is super but Ive always had really awful service here. They have beautiful dinner service and all the cutlery and cooking utensils you could ask for, plus some really cool accessories, but I would honestly rather drive to Pta because the staff act like they are doing you the biggest favour in the world to address your puny personage and they bare the irritation of having to ring up your purchase with zero grace. In a pinch, run in.Replying to owner:I was there last Saturday, that is 28 August around 10:30.But the previous two times is was there I had similar experiences.

What an amazing experience walking into this shop. Fantastic products and more fantastic service. The staff is very friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. They went out of their way to order a product for me. I highly recommend the shop!

Thank you for the beautiful service. KITCHENIQUE is the best !!! Staff is very friendly, patient and so helpful. I always look forward to do shopping with you. You have variety of brands and that makes it so easy to shop in your store. Keep up the great service

Tessa was wonderful. She noticed a special. Very happy

Totally blown away by the outstanding customer I received from Leon! I had a non-stick Scanpan where the non-stick started peeling off. Pan was replaced instantly. Highly recommend shopping there.

Fastest service ever😍😍😍😍... Im a happy customer who promise to come back again ❤️❤️❤️

Love shopping here, such a variety of products, at very reasonable prices. Favourite shop status in our household

I absolutlely love kitchenique.the delivery time is efficient and quick.prices are also reasonable compared to other sites that sell the same products.

This is my favorite walk-in kitchen and home supply store. Well stocked with specialist or niche products. I often will find something I cant find anywhere else.

A wide range of unique items. I really enjoy exploring what they have available.

Thanks to Leon for quick and hassle free service in getting a damaged Wusthof knife replaced under warranty.

Oh wooow...it was my first time in there and i had no idea of how impressed i would leave , firstly let me say that the customer care was exceptional and trust me on this as i have international experience in this industry and after visiting numerous outlets in south africa and being utterly disappointed with the approach and lack of customer care from staff i must say it was a pleasure shopping here ...they have all the name brands that one could want and such a variety to choose from....and the upkeep of the store was excellent...its not a store to just pop in and out as their merchandise is eye catching and u would want to browse to make the best choice and trust me , there is loads to choose from...i highly recommend Kitcheniqe , and thank u to the amazing staff , you guys definitely got it right ....will definitely be doing all my shopping here now ...⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What fantastic staff, both Innocent and Janice were amazing.Janice really pulled a rabbit out a bag, well done for knowing your stock so well and making a plan.I will drive from Hartebeesport for this amazing service everytime.

Bought a Wusthof knife from them a while back which I accidentally dropped, causing it to break. Got hold of Leon at the store who said he would see what he could do with his supplier. Got a phone call that day to say that they would be happy to replace the knife.Excellent customer service, they went above and beyond saving me a lot of money.

First time I tried their online store and I was pleasantly surprised. Efficient all-round. Website layout user friendly, payment process efficient and delivery within 4 days. And also being kept up to date on the process regularly also helped.

I bought a Ritzenhoff My Darling mug online from Kitchenique, to replace one of mine that recently jumped out of my hand, and received prompt and good service and delivery - thank you!

Great store wide selection and friendly service.

Kitchenique is a treasure trove for homeware and kitchenware. A must visit for gifting with popular brands at the most affordable prices. The staff is very friendly and helpful and dont get in your way while browsing. The online store occasionally has exclusive offers for a minimal delivery fee or free click and collect.

Simply beautiful! Friendly helpful service

Kitchenique delivers a 5 star service. The new website is great and I found it user friendly, delivery was seamless and the packaging on delivery was outstanding. I would highly recommend Kitchenique to everyone

Thank you for your great service - you went above and beyond!

Love the fact that this store sells all the brands I love! Staff are friendly and the store is located at a very convenient spot as I work right across from them. I would definitely recommend them!

Very nice and large variety of item and sme lovely decanters and whiskey glasses 👍👌😊

Lovely online store with a large variety of brands. Perfect if you need to get gifts!

I have been shopping here for a number of years. Have great quality and branded items. Pity my last visit felt very disappointing. I walked in straight from work. I looked scruffy as I do manual work. Went in to buy a sharpener for my Wushof knives and could not help notice the owner staring at me as I browsed through the items in the glass cabinets. He did not offer any assistance and continued staring at me as I was the only person in the shop. Anyway took the sharpener, paid for it as I needed it and off I went and will never return.

Great variety of homeware and kitchenware. Trusted, quality brands and friendly, knowledgeable employees and owners.

Ordered online, delivery was swift and goods were packaged neatly.

Its very rare nowadays to get 5 star quality service...from answering my email queries within minutes, willingness to go the extra mile, expedient delivery of my beautiful Scanpan Impact Chefs pan at a very reasonable price in comparison to other retailers, to the little thank you gift included inside, I was very impressed with Kitcheniques service and will gladly use them again in future.

You one stop homeware store ! always a pleasure to shop here!!

Kitchenique has such a wonderful variety of kitchenware and stock major brands. The staff are friendly and it is a pleasure to shop at Kitchenique.

Amazing service

Staff stay behind counter instead of offering to help. You have to ask for help. Has become pricey due to mostly imported items. Need to source locally.

My favorite shop! Amazing stock and staff super helpful.

Would be great if a shop that says it closes at 2 actually closed at 2. We get there at 1:50 to buy something quickly and the doors are locked. Great shop but when people do this tactic so they can go home 5 minutes earlier I lose all respect.

Excellent service ! Great quality items !Will definitely recommend !

Great service and wide variety of gift ideas and kitchenware

One of my favourite shops since the late 1990s.I love bone china and their range is beautiful...

The collection is awesome.

Amazing place with the most unique gifts! Plus they wrap your gifts for you beautifully!

My go to place for out of ordinary gifts and kitchen accessories.

Prices on Le Creuset and Mason & Cash products are fantastic and worth a stop. Many other products are priced 30% higher than at Hirschs or other retailers, but there is a wide selection.

Excellent service from Leon at Kitchenique!!!

This store may be a smidge on the pricey side, but they have such an incredible range of products both typical and unique. I actually LOVE shopping here and would recommend you take a turn to look around, especially when youre looking for gift ideas!!

You will find everything kitchen related hrre and more. My first stop shop for presents for brides, female friends and my kitchen needs.

The best range of kitchen and catering equipment in the north.Service could be improved.somewhat understaffed.
