Quite disappointed by this company...I ordered 2 shirts from them and both arrived with the security tags still on them. I then organized to return the shirts to have the tags removed and send the shirts back, only for them to send back 1 shirt without the security tag and another completely different shirt than what I originally ordered and with TWO security tags attached to it!?!?!?!If this wasnt so frustrating Id actually find it funny. I had high hopes for Everyshop to be a worthwhile competitor to Takealot but their lack of attention to detail is a concern.

I lost my phone, needed to buy a new one quickly. They were able to deliver the same phone at a cheaper price and much more quickly than Takealot, Loot were offering to do so. Delivery was even a lot sooner than expected

I must commend Everyshop for an excellent customer experience. As a first time buyer, I ordered a fairly large item and it was delivered within 40 hours of my order being placed.

I am so disappointed with this company. Do not buy anything from them! We ordered a fridge to be delivered - the courier arrives without any notice - we are not at home all the time and a good service provider would arrange a time.. they do not communicate and just arrive when were not there. They have done this three times now and I still do not have my fridge after 2 weeks. This is the worst experience ever

DONT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!! 1 star is far more than they deservive. Their call centre is called customer care ... they should rename it to CUSTOMER NEGLIGENCE!! I ordered on the 14th, the parcel was handed over to their courier on the 16th, we are on the 27th of September and still NO PARCEL DELIVERED. Every agent you speak to can give NO INFORMATION. All of the agents escalade the complaint but no one gives you any feedback nor can the give you any new information the following day. At one point they told me they dont know where the parcel is and that it is possibly stolen. They cant even tell me who the courier is?!?!?! Quick to take your money, last to give you service.

I had ordered two different items: Lego and headphones; got the first one very next day and another one within 3 working days. Easy registration and shopping experience and efficient delivery. Could track my order on an individual item level! Over all great experience!! All the best Everyshop :)Way to go!

Why do you have a tracking service online if you can not track the progress of the courier? An agent then says it can take 10 Days?? Rather use Takealot that can actually give you proper track and trace

I received my package on Friday 30tg July. Very excited to receive my package, I wore the joggers on Saturday. To my dismay the seams on the right thigh and on the ankle had become undone. I am shocked that this has happened on the first wear. I had to walk around with my thigh exposed from my new joggers. I have attached pictures hereto.

This shop is quiet efficient with great prizes but their customer service is ridiculous. bought a washing machine. When I used the machine, its not working according. I logged an issue with the store. Their communication is very poor from pre delivery up to now when I want to get the machine fixed. A technician was sent to inspect the machine and he confirmed that theres an issue. Again, no communication after the technician has inspected the machine.

I wish you are able to rate this as 0.A online company that cannot get delivery or stock correct? This must be a joke you ask?Well no my friend, this is no joke - this is a company claiming they are competing with takealot - Almost like a 6year old competing with a heavy weight boxer (actually being unfair to the 6year old im sure he will be better at this than them)Each item you pay for will be shipped separately by separate courier companies - if thats not headache enough the items that you ordered is not necessarily in stock even though the site tells you it is. So a nice gamble thrown in there for fun. Keep in mind by the time you realize there is no stock by battling with customer service ect, you will also not be able to get a refund during this time with their pathetic service. So after a couple of week with no item and no refund you anyways have bought this from takealot or any retail store which took 1 day for delivery.You can literally order any item from anywhere in the world and have it clear customs before these guys can manage to send you the items you ordered.These boys wont be around for long please dont waist your time.

Fast efficient service. Bought 2 items. Delivery was stated as being 3 -6 days but I received the first item the next day and the second item the day after. Items were cheaper than takealot.com. I just hope it stays this way 🙏.

Poor service. Order placed 8 days ago and still not delivered. Online tracking functionality does not even work. Rather stick to the well known e commerce shops e.g. takealot even though they might be pricier. When you call these clowns there is no accountability nor escalation systems/process in place. Refunds take 14 working days if you choose to action an refund on your over due order. This shop is owned by Joshua Door (a mickey mouse of note)

Delivery was fast, l received my items the very next day after placing my order online. The quality of the goods was amazing.

I have been waiting for my order the past 11 days for my order. They promised to deliver in 6 working days (which have elapsed), they havent delivered my item and they havent communicated anything to me. Also, their call centre is not helpful.If you buy from Everyshop expect to wait forever without any updated.

Gave them a shot and they definitely disappointed. The website is slow and sluggish. The delivery took too long with Skynet. They sent me the wrong items and the website does not allow me to log a return. I will not be using them again.

My worst online shopping ever. I have been waiting for my PS5 to be delivered for over a week. I have been calling for 3 days and they keep telling me that they have escalated my matter and will get back to me in 24 hours but they never do.I just requested my refund, hopefully they will refund me
