Dr Wood is a nice person but Im a little disappointed in his lack of taking me seriously. I went to see him about 3 weeks ago with agonizing pain when urinating. All he did was test my urine with his test strip and confirmed that I had an infection. He prescribed an antibiotic that hardly helped. Luckily I managed to get another antibiotic that helped. Unfortunately the infection has come again and Dr Wood is away on a course. So I went to another Urologist who has performed much more tests and took me seriously.

I went to Dr Wood after suffering with some medium-term discomfort that I had tried to treat with a GPs help. I was referred to DR Wood once we realised the problem was more specialised in nature.From the first consult, I was happy. Dr Wood is professional, kind, reassuring, and highly knowledgeable. He assisted me through the process from discovery to the necessary operation to my recovery.Its not the most comfortable subject matter to discuss but Dr Wood put me at ease and showed me how interesting it all is!Highly recommend Dr Wood to anyone struggling with bladder/urinary problems. His manner is exceptional.

Extremely disappointed. Asked for help or suggestions other than antibiotics every month... just been ignored after sending two emails asking for direction. Seriously two emails and waited 2 weeks for a response...all my other appointment emails were answered and just not the emails asking for another option were ignore. My GP has made more suggestions and tried to help my bladder issues more than my specialist has. Feel rejected after seeking professional help at this practice.
