These are truly the best doctors I have ever come across! Your appointments are never rushed they check you thoroughly. They are friendly and kind and really care about their patients. You are not just a number to them. Their receptionists are also really helpful and try their best to be accommodating!

IT WAS FANTASTIC I FELT LIKE I WAS MORE AT HOME RELAXED WHILE THE DOCTOR WAS WORKING ON ME.. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND FROM THE RECEPTION TO THE DOCTOR..EVEYONE WAS SUPERB..DOCTOR CHRISTE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK..THUMBS UP..

I am not impressed at all. It feels as if your child is just a number and they are not at all concerned about your childs well being. Took my 1 year old for a consultation on Friday. She had an upset stomach, was told she had a food allergy, and that I should only give her banana, apple and cereal over the weekend. Her stomach didnt get better, took a stool sample to Lancet. She has had diahree for 10 days now. On Monday morning the receptionist didnt even ask who the patient is or bothered to find out if the results from Lancet are in or not. Just told me that they cant help me, they are fully booked. The previous time I asked the dr I was seeing to phone me back, the sister phoned me back 6 hours later, after I had to phone 4 times. She told me that she only received the message then (after 6 hours and 4 calls), while my poor daughter had a fewer of 39. The first time I waited an hour in the waiting room to see the dr, and he took another hour for the consultation. Second time around same thing happened. Im now going to have to pay a second consultation fee at a different pead for a second opinion. Really not impressed.
