What a joke of a supplier. Placed a order on Tuesday with immediate payment on Wednesday morning... Its now Friday with no product in sight for collection, yet the product is in stock with them. The sales team sends you the wrong collection details and there is no way to escalate a issue past the sales team as they refuse to provide a contact number or email address of a manager. If you want your companies name to be pulled through the mud then this is the place that will do it for you in a heart beat. Phoebe our sales person sends us the wrong information on collection details and she is of zero help to try and escalate our issues and only try and push the issue under the carpet. We deal with all the suppliers throughout South Africa and without a doubt this is the top point of terrible service. Its Friday now and after 48 hours the dispatch department can still not package our two items and provide us with a collection number. Please do yourself a favor and rather dont waste your time on this inferior company as they will just give your company a bad reputation.

I purchased a preorder game from this company via Takealot. The item was delivered 8 days after release due to logistical issues and without the preorder bonus redemption codes. Feedback is that I need to contact Sony for this.Ive never had this issue with preorder items from Loot.co.za and Raru

Prima Interactive is the storehouse for XBox and Disneys distributors. I attended two Disney events long ago when they launched their Infinity Game. If you need any of the latest released games from EA and other vendors, you can contact them. They are the distributors of gaming consoles and Games to all over Africa. Thanks

Shocking service - my leappad ultra was neither damaged nor broken - it simply stopped working. Conveniently outside of the warrenty period. I sent to Markro for repairs 14 months and 2 weeks after purchase and was simply total by Lesego Ramphomane of Prima Interactive that Prima holds no liability for the product outside of the 12 month window and that I would have to pay R1200 for a replacement after having paid R2000 a little over 1 year ago - I find this to be unacceptable. Dont buy leappads, its a complete waste of money as it will surely stop working a little over 1 year and you will have to spend more money than you bargined for!

Service was amazing, went there but never made an appointment and they still assisted me. My son leapfrogs are fixed
