Visited the spa on the 23rd of November for my anniversary. The Snapglam team went over and above to try and make it special with a love orientated setting. Full body message was really good with ladies being professional and owner open to new ideas. I would recommend you try this place out and share a perfect getaway in the city. Left there feeling relaxed and ready to kick on. Thanks snapglam team for making this a memorable experience.

I 1st experienced SnapGlam Spa towards the end of November 2019 when I purchased a DaddysDeal combo massage for 2 people, it was terrific, the whole spa experience was excellent and I found the ladies giving us the massage both courteous and attentive when asking on massage intensity, etc. My friend from the UK who attended with me equally enjoyed the experience as well.Granted we did get lost or rather taken to a wrong address but the staff quickly directed us to the new address and all was good and well.I recently purchased a WhatsApp Christmas special for a 45 minute full body massage and attended on Saturday 23 November which was excellent, it was so good that I advanced purchased 4 extra, with my next session on Wednesday 27 November.May the owners and staff of this new establishment continue to grow and prosper and with time all teething problems will be eliminated.Thank you!

Excellent service from Metrin and her team of ladies. She managed to book my husband and I in at a last minutes call. Another spa company that i purchased a Daddys Deal voucher from dropped us on the day of the booking because they had renovations!?!!Metrin was very welcoming and attentive and her massage therapists were amazing.Thank you for the lovely, professional service.We would definitely come back!

I cant find the words to express the kind of service I subjected myself to by going to SnapGlam. We arrived15 minutes before time as directed and had to wait at the gate for 30 minutes because there was no one. The towels were damp and very uncomfortable. Pathetic, Pathetic, Pathetic...

Good Morning , I would like to share my disappointment on the service and the empty promises Snap glam in four ways provided , The spa does not have Gowns, the place smelled of Paint , We had booked for a bridal shower and the Owner over sold her place is a total disaster from the Gate till the endThe oil used also smelled horrible , we had to go shower after the eventThe staff is extremely dissatisfied with the owner and the place , but i dont blame them , The staff however was running around for us and the owner was no where to be found to sort out her messSNAP GLAM IS A BIG LET DOWN , DOYOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DONT GO THEREDISSATISFIED CLIENT

Not the most professional people. We made a booking and they all seemed confused when we got there and asking us so many questions when it was supposed to be sorted and we already paid.

The girls are experts with full body massage, management up your game staff were complaining about poor treatment
