123mds contacted us to convert our telephone system to VOIP.123mds came to inspect our equipment, and on that, gave us a quote according to our needs, which they did.We accepted the quote, and asked them to get everything going asap.Firstly it took them 3 weeks to even get any action from them, and we still had to contact the switchboard company to do the changeover for them, which was an unexpected expense.Once our main line was transferred, they discovered that our system is not compatible with theirs, and that we must purchase a complete new switchboard.
