Almost 30 days after a site visit, I was still waiting for someone to jump on a call with my technical advisor from the Netherlands. My company KONG REPUBLIC is building media studio with full services Recording Studio, Podcast Studios and Video studio rental amenities so its very technical build and I need the help from abroad to setup this world class facilities here in SA, due to the 1 hour time difference nobody helped. I called and expressed my frustration of lack of communication. The response: Find another IT Provider...
