I cannot reiterate this enough. DO NOT bother, neither should you waste your time seeking for a service from Innovation Group, there is nothing innovative about this company. I will never recommend them to anyone, neither will I ever make use of their services. Their turnaround time is terrible as they drag things out only to give you the bare minimum when it comes to paying out.

Canceled my policy due to stopping of the sale from the dealer due to just to many underlying problems with the vehicle.Sent in all the paperwork numerous times.Not getting any response from the company.Very quick to take your money but after that no service what so ever!!!

I took out an extended service plan with these guys in 2019 and I was told that the policy will elapse if the term elapses or I’ve taken the car for a 100km service. I’ve taken the car for a 100km service and when I ask why isn’t the policy cancelled I’m being told I have to continue paying. For what? These guys are a scam, now I must pay for nothing. Nonsense man!. I’ve requested my policy to be sent to me, but it I since haven’t received the email. Please advise on where to send you an email?

Its not very often that I come across great service delivery from sales agent (telesales) or agents who are really dedicated to doing their work and they love me what they do. So they always go out of their way to make sure that they execute their job to the best of their ability this is how I can sum up my experience with Daya Coetzee, If professionalism and meticulous customer care is what you are looking for then you wont go wrong with him.I really appreciated his patience. They made me take a 2years service plan at a cost of R600pm, meaning the total cost is over R10k. They only approved oil change instead of major service on my 1st and only claim since I took the plan in 2019 November. I was told my car didnt go for service last year but I explained to them that I was working from home and also I happened to have issues with my car and couldnt send the car for service by then. Only recently my car reached the 180 000 kilos hence I sent the car for service. My service plan is expiring this year and they would have only paid less than R2k out of the R10k that Ive contributed, what a rip off. Now my car is stuck because the spark plugs werent replaced on the 180 000 service interval, I am now left with a problem of fixing my own car as if it didnt go for service at VW in the last 2 weeks. They declined a mere R2.5k extra cost for spark plugs change and air filter stating my car didnt go for service last year. I really dont recommend anyone to take this service plan. Its just a total scam, customers dont deserve this type of service from companies that think they can bully us as they wish. My next stop is the OMBUDSMAN and hoping justice will be served.

My initial experience with Innovation Group wasnt a good one (my first claim was during L4 lockdown). But thanks to the team, especially Portia Dooka whose helped me a lot especially during this trial times.I must admit that once the process is explained, claiming with Innovation becomes easier & their TAT is impressive. I would gladly extend my policy with this company. Thanks Portia & the claims department for providing excellent service.

Your response says Good afternoon Leon, who is Leon?When I purchased my car last year I took out mechanical insurance through Guardrisk (Motornmend Warranty), yet when phoning in no one can find my policy. Guardrisk advises that Innovation is the administrator, yet they have no idea who I am nor can they find my details on there system. So back to Guardrisk and and they cannot pick it up at all!! this is very disturbing, unprofessional and very poor service.I would recommend, staying clear of Guardrisk, Innovation or any Motormend products.

Good day..Ive taken a service plan 4 months ago. I called in to the claims dept to find out if I can take my car in for a service. They gave me a thumbs up. I made an appointment with Ford Hatfield to do the service. They called to say my service plan starts at 140 000 on the clock. My car is currently on 89000km. The salesman who sold me this policy was very clear on what I needed. Please help..whats the way forward

My car has been in the service center for two days they await innovation to track a policy which was bought at the dealership with the vehicle in February 2019, over the past two days I’ve called 10 times and not received a response to what the issue is. I would not recommend this warranty to anyone: After having finally creating enough of an uproar for them to get back to me (one week for a reply), I received the most disgusting email informing me that my policy cannot be cancelled as it has passed the 60000km threshold. Mind you, under Section C:Terms and Conditions it states i am allowed to cancel at anytime.

I been waiting for my car for about 4 weeks now its like they send their assessors to take their time to investigate how not to pay out a claim. Dont be quick to make us take out policies if its a mission to pay out a claim. Do not take out policy with them u will wait until they have time for u. They know 1 out of 10 people will fully understand the terms and conditions when accepting the policy because they make it sound so simple over the phone like its hassle free. Ive been a client for almost 4 years with them and this is service u get when you need them.

I am so disappointed with this company, I have a warranty plan with them, they rejected my claim stating that they dont cover leaking of oil in the gear box, I got stuck on the 21 Dec on my way home, the gear stopped working and there was a sound coming out, I then took the car to Sabre motors n they logged the claim which was rejected, now they say I am the one to be blamed for oil leakage, how because my car was driving well till the 21 Dec, now am told they cannot pay the claim due to that I have been paying the insurance every month, the assessors says that I have been driving the car without oil and also been driving with the sound, my car gets serviced every year, the car did not have a problem until now, so I do not understand why claim rejected while no one advised me about leakage not been cover and how can I neglect my car as per the assessors report, I will be taking this matter to SPEAK OUT, Consumer rights and Ombudsman. I have been with Innovation for 5 years and I have service plan also which I think I will be moving since am getting this pour service. No disclosure on your warranty plans only when policies gets rejected then we get to know whats covered and whats not,, you playing with customer and its nice to deduct money every month

HI took my car for a service at southern Toyota i dont understand why innovation is so quick to go to bank account to debt but when you need a service from them they dont fulfil. I was two months into a policy when I cancelled the policy and was told an X amount will be paid back to me. 50 Calls later and its still not sorted out. I would have thought after you told my service advisor at #barloworldfordalberton that my service plan has reached the end of the contract that you would have made sure that a critical service (cambelt service) would have been done when it was supposed to have been done. Instead you make it out to be someone elses (#barloworldfordalberton) fault. If I pay R9000 for a service and the total service I get from you is R6000 something would not have been done. Its common sense. After I asked the customer care agent #Bradley from #Innovationgroupsouthafrica that had I not noticed this, would the service have been done. I get the response probably not sir. I would not recommend this company to anyone i care about. Their main business is rejecting claims. I claimed for my gearbox,asked them to come and assess it,they said my mechanic must strip it first then they will come,later he was told to to send pictures of the stripped gearbox and the claim was rejected based on the pictures,they claimed there was an oil leak. how do you conclude oil leak on a picture. they do not care only good at collecting monthly premiums. see rejection letter below. kindly cancel my policy if you take next premium will reverse it.I had to fix the car for R21000 .God be with you!!!

If there was a rating below 1, they would surely be deserving of it. I have had the worst experience with this company whilst handling my dads policy. They are the biggest crooks. They always look for the smallest loopholes to try and prey on the customers. My dad is elderly and in the conversation they had with him when they were trying to confuse him by stipulating 2 different dates for the end term. They first mentioned December 2017 and my dad agreed on that and then towards the end of the conversation they throw it in there that the contract will be 42 months. No elderly person would sit during the call and calculate that 42 months goes beyond December 2017 they initially told him. So dont waste your money by joining these crooks. You will only be bringing problems to yourself.

INNOVATION GROUP. I got charged R 270 for a x42 months for a car service plan. The TOTAL amount that I will have repaid would be R11300. I did 2 services on my Nissan micra each costing around R1500 on average. Now these CROOKS are busy debiting my account for services I will no longer be performing. They kept using this JARGON when they explained the policy to me and expect me to keep paying. They want R8300 profit. I mean how do they sleep at night.????

I cant think of another company that seemed to care less about what I was saying.* Advisors wont give you their last name so what they say cannot be recorded against them and if youre persistent they will keep beating around the bush & in some cases put the phone down mid conversation.* Their administration was such a disappointment.* Its so blatant & simple how they do not seem interested in assisting you.If you are looking for a company that gives you honourable service, I do not recommend this service provider. Unable to log a claim, get put on hold for 20 minutes at a time for the claims department. Told by the agent that claims can only be submitted by telephone, then put on hold for ages. Its a great way to avoid processing a claim. Disgusting!

No answer. I have sent numerous emails using both email address and no one is willing to respond. I only received a missed call once. I also informed them I go for lunch at 12:30. No call. Let me tell you I have been struggling to get a claim of R8500 and they came back saying I am only covered for R2300. I have been waiting for this R2300 since December 2017 or November 2017.
