I was invited for a focus group. The place was clean and very corporate. I was attended by friendly personnel and enjoyed my visit and had on overall good experience. Well done @KFC.

Meadowdale branch..... left my order standing on counter/ never called. Preference to customers/pushing in. Front staff screaming at eachother/ 1 staff member in particular. What an absolute disgrace and to think I actually supported this establishment today.... definitely the last!!!

Most ridiculous kfc ever. No signs at the speaker to tell you to proceed to a window no signs on the 1st window to tell you to proceed to the 2nd window because they are short staffed so spent 20 min in a queque unattended hoot to draw attention and all staff just looks at a person and ignores us then finally get to order and we are told they dont have rwady zinger burgers we have to wait another 6 minsHONESTLY RIDICULOUS!!
