I have always had a good experience with their doctors, willing, interested and go the extra mile.

I had a lovely experience with the doctor however, a few days ago I received an a call and an invoice from Lancet laboratories informing me that I owed them over R500 for a sample which had been sent to them for testing. I had no idea that my sample would be sent to an external party for testing, nor that I would have to settle the balance! I thought I had settled everything I owed for my appointment when I left the practice after my appointment.I have been trying for days to sort this out with the practice, however, my emails are not being responded to and I was put on hold when I called the practice.

Dr Fry is just incredible, he cares, he actually treats your condition, we love that he has moved to Sandton in last month an absolute asset for intercare

They do not use sterile disposable containers to conduct urine samples....use reusable containers....very irresponsible! Results in wrong diagnosis! DO BETTER!!!

I had a telephonic consultation with Dr Ahlers today, what an amazing Dr. In addition the whole process was handled by Thembinkosi, both telephonically and via email. The whole process went smooth from filling into the documents to sending to calls. Def recommend.

The doctors at this practice are wonderful - the reception staff on the other hand, leave much to be desired. I’ve often called to leave a message with my GP, who never receives them. Or they fail to send through my requested script renewals.The most recent shocking occurrence was when I walked into the branch in an unbearable amount of pain at about 5pm. I had been sent for X-ray because I had possibly broken a rib.When I told the reception staff that I’m in an extreme amount of pain (on the verge of tears from the pain) and that I have my X-rays with me, I asked if any of the GPs could help me as a matter of urgency.Their response was that the GPs are fully booked and I must come back tomorrow for an appointment. In complete disbelief I asked the receptionist if she was serious? She said yes, I can come back tomorrow.I am absolutely disgusted in this service and won’t be returning any time soon!

I had a terrible experience wt Dr Isaacs atintercare sandton , my mom was operated at flora clinic n transfered to morningside intercare she was diabetic, every day when I visit her der was no progress I stil remember de nurse called me n said ur mom sugar its uncontrollable ( I asked myself why is she calling me instead of taking my mom back at flora clinic) still dey kept her , after 4weeks she was discharged n her condition was worse following day I took her to flora clinic she was admitted at ICU for couple weeks, Dr told me her sugar was low for long period

I booked an online appointment, i even received confirmation email. Only to get there and be met by a rude receptionist who told me all the doctors are gone. What a waste of time, I should have listened to all the negative reviews. Do not bother going to this facility

Have been here a few times. Was always treated at the soonest and the staff are friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Went in for a sonar. Was told it cant be done because I drank a carbonated drink. When I asked my doctor about this and another radiologist they said this was a lie. Time and petrol wasted. Horrible experience
