Receptionist was absolutely rude and sarcastic when I asked if there was a gynae. Then I wanted to let her know what service I need or rather what problem I have to see if thats something they help with, she screamed at me to Google for a gynae because they dont have one. I was willing to anyone, even if its not a gynae! She was incredibly rude and its outrageous considering that she cut me off and didnt let me finish. I cannot explain for upset I am!

Very helpful and supportive clinic and staff. Went to have the copper T inserted, they fully explained the process to me and even allowed me time to lay in their recovery room after i passed out abit from shock, offered me water and tea and even gave me a muffin to eat.Would definitely recommend them

The doctor is really nice and everyone makes you feel at home. Its such a professional place and its filled with warmth. This place is great I hundred percent recommend it.

Everyone is just amazing and you feel at home because of the warmth that they give out. They make things so much easier and you feel comfortable doing whatever it is that youre doing. Big ups.

I really loved using their services. Was helped by Dr Elna Macintosh and I appreciated her liberal mindset towards women’s health. The atmosphere is professional and they make you feel relaxed. A few days later I ran into Dr T’s book and gladly bought it coz I learned she’s the owner of DISA.

Place in accessible location in Bryanston. Went in for family planning services (3 month contraception shot). Great, friendly service from reception, Dr and nurses. Clinic is clean. No queue when I went - was in there 15min max. Affordable rates (I paid R60 for depo-provera vs the R95 they charge at Clicks). If you are going for the first time, I think consult + shot is R110. You can call to find out. Skip the public clinic if you need their listed services and just go there. Ill definitely be using them from now on.
