It was a quick in an out as we were shopping for something specific- unfortunately even though their website advertises to have what we were looking for the store did not have it

Lizzie has an amazingly natural way with customers. Each bed we were shown was presented in a knowledgeable and professional manner within the price-range we were looking at. Every question we had was succinctly answered. It is a joy to be able to go into a store and have this type of salesperson to enhance your shopping experience in such a positive way. Even though we did not buy through Bed King, I would highly recommend you seek out Lizzie if you do decide to shop there for a bed. 5 stars all round!

Lizzie was amazing! She was so helpful! She wasn’t forcing us to buy something we couldn’t afford or didn’t like, like other shops we’ve been to. She was just the sweetest person and definitely knows everything about all the beds they have! She explained everything about the bed we bought and it’s pros and cons, as well as bed covers and pillows. She also notified us of delivery delays etc which I was happy to deal with as most companies will just leave you in the dark. She is truly a superstar and would recommend Bed King Fourways to anyone!

Got three very good beds at Fourways Bed King, thanks to excellent customer care from one sales lady, Faith. We were not too sure of what we wanted and it had taken us long visiting one bed shop after another. Faith was patient with our indecision as she took time, over a few day visits, explaining to us the orthopedic effect of different mattresses they had. She obtained our mattress specifications from their inhouse sleep diagnostic machine which was a new thing to us. My wife, I and our kids are happy with the purchase and customer care received....

Today, I went to the store and bought a king is bed base, tje shop staff Lizzy is very kind and the delivery came a few hours later. I like it so much. Two weeks ago I bought two queen-sized bed sets at the dial a bed, but it was delivered three days after the complaint. Next time, Im going to buy it at the Bed King Forways

The sales consultant, Bobby, really embodies the values of customer service. He was very patient in attending to every query I had but mostly ensuring that I acquire a bed that will address the sleeping issues I had. It was evident that his interest was not mainly about making a sale. Although o n delivery the wrong base was delivered, he was very consistent with his service and ensured that the correct base is arranged for delivery.

I must thank Bobby for his patience and the time he spent with me in choosing the bed most suited to me. I found his knowledge fantastic and purchased a Comfort Solutions Da Vinci bed. The bed is firm and comfortable - I can only but give it a five star rating!!

After having our pressure points measured in their state of the art sleep lab, the best type of mattress, according to support and top layer comfort was identified as a medium ultra plush support. A few hop on and hop offs on the show models and quite a bit of indecision and swops, we eventually settled on the Matisse. Wow, if you could imagine lying in a marshmallow, this comes close. Very comfortable with good support and with individual wrapped spring coils, we do not disturb one another when moving in bed. The Bed King staff is professional, patient and friendly and carry out their companys values and promises (displayed in-store on huge boards behind the sales desk) seamlessly and faultlessly, from their sales team right through to the delivery team. Well done! PS: The store in randburg was also just as good with a sale to my mother-in-law.

Amazing service in general. I was assisted by Alexandra who not only understood what I was looking for but was very patient in explaining the differences of the different beds. The team were very friendly even when I requested a change in delivery date at such short notice. They made the effort on making it possible and updated me on the progress. You guys rock!

Absolutely incredible service. We bought a top of the range mattress and base set. We were assisted by Pooven, the branch manager and assistant Faith. Unfortunately after only 2 nights I found that the mattress was too soft for me but perfect for my husband. I called Pooven and told him our problem. Not a problem he said, we returned to the store and were helped by Alex & David, we decided on two single mattresses - one firm for me and one soft for my husband. Problem solved. I cannot give a better recommendation to Pooven and his sales team and the delivery personnel who were great. A wonderful experience all round - Thank you.

This kind of personal customer service had become a rare thing indeed.
