As an Arsenal FC fan my wife and I frequent this restaurant when theres a big game on (as its the official supporters club) where its packed, loud, food isnt that great and drinks take forever to come - but thats to be expected and the whole experience makes up for it.We recently sat down for dinner on a dead quiet Thursday night expecting a completely different experience. Yes and no. While the service was sharp the food took forever to arrive. Whilst the meals were average (the only great dish was the beef & Guinness pie) they are definitely not worth the money (especially when compared to other popular Irish pub franchise).An average experience for quite a bit of money. I dont see myself returning anytime soon.

Favourite place to watch football. Always meet amazing people here. The banter is unreal. Definitely worth a visit

Dont expect anything stellar here... its just a pub that looks under-maintained and in need of a thorough cleaning. Food wasnt great and portions were definitely not on par with what one expects at the prices they demand.

A scary experience.First, the Guiness: it is not what I am used to. St James Gate either has changed the recipe, or it was watered down.Then the Bud burger. Good thing a free Budwieser came with the burger. It must be a consolation prize for whoever eats this burger. The patty was so stepped on with breadcrumbs, I thought I was back in the seventies in one of those old take away places one went to when one left a club and could not tell what one was eating.A very sad experience.

OSCAR OSCAR OSCAR, I would definitely advise that you ask for Oscar when you enter, his service is amazing. I moved out of the area but upon visiting again after about 6 months was greeted with a friendly smile welcoming me back! Where have you been? Havent seen you in very long! accompanied with a hug! Service like this is hard to find! The food and the vibe in The Brazen Head is absolutely amazing. Friday nights live bands. Did I mention the food?

Best place to relax if you are looking for a British-type bar. Ask for Andile. He is a barman and is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Food is really good. When I went it was karaoke which was incredibly fun. Burgers are amazing and they have alot of deals. Just its very expensive

The portions were REALLY small! So prepare to buy 400g ribs and actually end up eating 200g (including the bones).

A great fun place to meet up with friends. Quite a cosy feel. We had a super waiter who had a great attitude and served us well. A relaxed fun atmosphere.

Just had Sunday buffet lunch. At 2pm, buffet was depleted for many items. I compliment Mavuto who manned the buffet and man alone ran around to fetch plates and spoons and replenish as best he could. Waiters waitresses and manager more interested in watching Leicester play Arsenal! Service was super non existent. Food could be good but it was dry, gravy congealed,... a little bit of attention and it could be heaps better. For that the staff need to care, all that I saw caring was Mavuto who kept the buffet running best he could.

Been going there for a few years but its just starting to feel run down and tired. Maybe a testimony to the Leaping Frog altogether. It must be very difficult right now to keep things moving in these harder times

Irish pub. Best Guinness Draught this side of the hemisphere. If you love The Arsenal come watch the games here. Smoking in all areas is a bit of a downer though.

Watched fifa final in the private room. Our waiters name was Pretty. She was so helpful and friendly. Good came on time and was so amazing. Thank you for such a lovely evening

The hospitality is great. You lose item belonging to you an honest waiter/ waitress keeps it safe for you.

Not bad for pub grub, and drinking beer on tap as well as spirits. Always crowded during sports events so booking tables are necessary. Overall older clientele so dont expect younger hip crowds

Waiters arent very attentive even when the place isnt busy at all.Beer has tasted flat on a few occasions.The place has potential if the manager and waiters would put a bit more effort in.

Very vibey atmosphere with a very diverse set of patrons.When you actually get inside it is really big.There is a bar area,non smoking area and the outside deck.The theme makes you feel like you are in the UK

Good if you need a low cost hang out, drinks are fairly priced but food is definitely overpriced and quality does not match the price at all.

The experience was shocking as we were not served until 35 minutes had passed, and even when we did receive service, it took an additional 10 minutes to get our drinks. As a result of the wait we decided to not have the drinks nor did we pay for them. This was really shocking as everyone who had arrived after us, was fully attended to. I think that management should work on the employees work and service ethic as this type of attitude from the staff could cost the restaurant potential loyal clients.

Drinks are great, food as well. My recommendation eisbein - very tasty and extremely big portions. Ask for their loyalty card and enjoy their own radio station..

Food was good and service was okay. The place is massive which made it feel very empty and cold even though there were quite a few people.
