This store has some of the most helpful staff Ive seen in a shop. Theyve got a great range of gear and accessories. I was looking for a new helmet and they have great knowledge on the various options, they never once tried to push me to a more expensive helmet. Ended up with a Shoei, best helmet Ive ever had. They were great with any questions I had and quick to give a hand. This is a great shop

I phoned to check stock of the brake pads I needed and David said you had. When i got there the salesman said you never keep brake pads for scooters. Yet i bought the samples I took along there two years ago. Guys in this competitive world attitude like that makes doors close.

Took my rear wheel in for a puncture repair after being refused by many wheel dealerships. Within a couple of hours it was fixed and ready to go. Very friendly and helpful staff and an excellent service on the repair, I highly recommend this Moto Mate :)

I am a keen biker and buy lots of stuff from various shops. I recently purchased a Iphone cover from them and experienced some challenges a couple of months after purchase. They replaced the cover immediately with a smile! They exceeded my expectations and it is very refreshing to see that good customer service still exists! I will be back and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Bought a tank bag and a helmet. Didnt have my size, they informed me that they will have the correct size helmet there the following day being a Sunday. Sunday morning I was informed that I could collect my helmet. Great service

The guys are friendly. Reminded me of the old full throttle. One thing I deslike about full throttle was their returns policy. You got store credit for returns. Moto mate goes a step further if I read the notice right. No returns. Thats a modern rule...if one is in year 1800

Generally the prices are good and the selection of accessories is also good. I buy there often. Some cheaper accessories tend to be older or discontinued items so be sure to ask the question especially if youre worried about spares and after sales service from the suppliers.
