I purchased a vehicle from Eagle Corner Mazda in Bramley. Not only was their customer service outstanding, but they went above and beyond to make my purchasing experience a memorable one. The dealer principle Nicolas was outstanding and the financial manager Lorraine was a true gem with a pretty much paperless transaction. Ivan like any salesman was helpful and went through all aspects of handing over this vehicle with a smile. A truly wonderful experience and I highly recommend you drop them a call or pay them a visit, you wont be sorry.

I have never come across such good service. They came to fetch me on the airport. Plain was 3 hours late and they still came to fetch me. We arrived when it was already dark. Waiting for me with a smile and a bottle of champagne.They even had the non alcoholic champagne.Rudi was so calm, friendly and helpful. He took some time to take pictures. After I left he phoned me to ask if Im still okay. I was in the middle of nowhere and he was willing to come and fetch me and help me get to the N1. Luckily I did get to the N1. Thanks again for the absolutely wonderful service and caring.

Worst dealership Ive ever been to. Felt like sitting at home affairs. The staff were so uninterested. Really bad customer experience. Makes me want to sell my Ford so I dont have to experience this again. Ive always gone to VW where I was treated like royalty! Fords customer experience team should go spend some time at VW

Very good service. I took my car in for a service. If you go on weekends you can wait for your car in the small canteen/cafe while you car is being serviced. During the week there is a shuttle service.

I purchased a 2nd hand car from this dealership in November 2018, and it has already started giving me problems only 3 months later. I have only driven 3 000kms since I purchased it.23 Feb 2019-> car would not start in the morning , I called the dealership they told me Its probably an issue with the battery. I replaced the battery. Dealership promised to call me on Monday to check if everything fine, never received a call from them.9 March-> Car struggled to start in the morning.15 March-> today indicators suddenly not working.My understanding is that the dealerships should thoroughly check all 2nd hand cars before selling. This does not seem to be the case here. I am annoyed and frustrated. Regret purchasing from this dealership!

In particular, our sales man Dale was professional, proactive and attentive making the whole process such a breeze. We also had the pleasure of dealing with Luis the manager of the branch, who was equally impressive. If you are looking at buying a car I would highly recommend taking a visit to Mazda Eagle Corner. P.s. the CX-5 is an absolute dream if you are looking at purchasing a SUV.

Took my car here on 11-10-17 for a service came back with 2 front tryes swapped for different ones. Management only showed me footage of my car on the lift with a back view and not the rronf view they refused to show or even share footage of my car the whole time. Manager was nowhere to be found after watching the lift footage oh did I mention that theres no pictures from their so called iPads of my car. Never taking my car here. I was shouted at for not signing on the iPad how the hell was I supposed to know about that when they didnt give it to me...Nxa!
