Very helpful on quotes but slow on producing the quotes.

I was referred from the larger Renew-it centre. There is a charge for cash repair quote which did not suit me so I did not do business with them on this occasion. The team were friendly which I appreciated.

Repaired my vehicle quite efficiently. Communicated weekly and were helpful during process. Some issues I was unhappy with were sorted out without a problem.

Their workmanship is good, but their customer service is poor, as they dont seem to have any problem keeping people waiting. They also are not good at keeping you informed of the progress.

Unfortunatly the lock down had a hold on everything. Minar accident on my ranger from front. Its been 42 working days and im still waiting.

I was impressed with the repair service I received from these guys. It was comprehensive and quality work . However, one area Id hope they improve on is the constancy of communication and attention to the tiny details in the quality check, makes a good impression

If the car has been there a while , ensure you do not leave it they have to jump start you as the battery will have died. Once you leave they do not take responsibility for it .

I had my car repaired after a minor accident. After they conducted quality assurance i was told to collect. The spaces of the panels were incorrect so i opted to return the car. After a week they did not fix my car after 2 weeks they returned my car but it still needed a new grill which was ordered in December and still i have no feedback 4 months later.

Worst service ever pathetic workmanship please dont ever send your car here it will look new from outside but they dont fix anything inside the engine after a front smash I was happy looking at the car but now going on for 4 months still batteling to get my car sorted out by this f#+&ed up place just fix my Damon car properly this is a fly by night place

Waited two weeks for a quote. Slow service, does not get back to customers. Expensive and does additional repairs without communicating to the customer and then makes customer wait. Does not adhere to deadlines or customer requests. Would not recommend using this place ever!
