This would be the place to visit and they have a variety of cars and you will shop until your heart is content. Service is great but do your homework before buying especially premium brands.

They just need to wash their cars. Most of these were quite dirty, when I was there, the whole time.If they can get people who regularly keep the vehicles on the floor clean and presentable to the would be buyers, that would be beneficial for the business!

I went here to observe an auction and it was a very cool experience with a great atmosphere. Theres a little cafe and its a nice outing for half a day. On the downside, the volume on the speakers is WAY too loud (Im sure a health & safety check would highlight this) and the prices on the cars dont seem great. Several of the cars I focused on (4x4s) were priced over general market prices when you factor in VAT and auction fees.

It was a good experience initially since I bought the car online but was disappointed by the service I received when I went to collect the car!!! The administators were not friendly or courteous!!! I recommend a thorough customer service training. It took me 2hours just to get a car that was already paid for and my car ownership papers were not there!!! #dissapointed

Best car auctioneers!Be very careful of hidden costs. The price you hear is not really the price youll pay. Theyre very dodgy when it comes to clarity of the vehicle costs.Always they allow for viewing of all vehicles prior to the auction date. Take advantage of those days and view the vehicles before you bid for it.And they speak too fast for a normal person to hear!

It was great and price wise was a give away.

I have bought a few cars from Burchmore. Maybe I was unlucky or maybe dont know enough about the cars but ended spending fixing these cars. After adding the costs of repairs the total price for a car including the VAT and the admin at best gets close to retail. If you want to buy and sell cars for profit I do not see this being possible as car prices are high and after adding all repairs it will possibly be a loss. The last car I purchased there was an extremely bad buy. A lot of repair work, the computer system including radio, sound, GPS totally non functional. Supposedly it was a newer year model car with lower mileage, looked fine on the outside but most probably was involved in an accident and turned out to be a wreck. I am never ever going to buy from Burchmore again. I am not sure of other auctions but Butcmore prices are too high and no warranty for quality even for new low mileage vehicles which are sold at prices very close to retail.

I received poor service from the auctioneer (Andre), escalation process is non existent, my bid was on STC for 3months with no update and it was hard to reach the responsible person (always unavailable) - my deposit was R15k. After 3months of waiting my bid was rejected with no sufficient explanation. They were unprofessional and I in my personal capacity I suspect, that there s some crooked activities going on... This is my opinion until proven otherwise. My bid - IVECO Daily 2009, +/- 200 000km, good condition, R150k excl admin and vat

They allow viewing before auctions, free of charge including on the day of auction aswel. Have night auctions as well.

Really can’t believe they had the nerve to sell me a car which the engine was re-done at such a high price, thought they only had quality vehicles, I got ripped off, check the car thoroughly before taking anything.

I am sorry to say that this place is a very poor choice, when it comes to buying and selling cars. They start the prices extremely high and think they are doing you a favor by starting the bids for a Toyota Corolla Quest at a R140 000 + 15% vat and a R2500 admin fee, are you crazy.....! The retail on this car starts at R135 000 go and look it up, or a Toyota Etios at R100 000 again retail starts a R105 000 go and look it up. Car Auctions done every Saturday and Tuesday. Allowed to view the cars the days before the auction date.Currently going under some renovations...can grab some hotdogs and braai during the auction and theres a kids play room with a Carer during the auction on Saturdays!!

Wrong car was advertised on the website. Drove all the way to go and look at the wrong car. The employee that assisted is had difficulty explaining to us how to get to the centre as the one listed on the website takes you to Midrand Boulders Mall.
