Very slow service. I came to to collect my card and had to wait more than hour just to collect. I love FNB but this branch is shockingly slow and incompetent. I would strongly advise using avoiding this branch if possible

Bank card collections (4 minute process) should not be included in the same ticketing flow as new account openings (20 minutes plus).

Card collections. Advised at entrance there is 15-20 minutes waiting time. 35 minutes later still waiting. Very, very slow.

Shocking service. Cannot get to deposit money. What am I to do?
