Two ATMS available , both accept deposits however one is full, the banks staff dont differentiate which one is accepting deposits rather let everyone stand in a queue waiting. Staff very unhelpful

THIS BANK AND ITS SERVICE PATHETIC. Once againnnnn the app does not work. This happens daily. I called complaints call centre. How did these ladies get employed. Bank soooo desperate for staff. Shockinggggg. Cant logg a call, drops calls. Even laughed at my request. I will escalate this untill the CEO replies. Please dont open an account with them. Except for shockinggggg service bank charges are twice as high as other banks.

I am going to close my bank account with this bank. The app isnt working so you cant make any payments. Then you have to go to the bank only to find out the system is offline? Really?
