Never think of renting from these people, if you love your life. horrible experience from the rooms made out of cardboards. RUN DEAR FRIEND, I SEE OTHERS RUN AWAY EVERY MONTH. and the property managers are rude. do not be lied to by pictures.

Worst decision ever. The noises are unbearable, the walls are made out of cardboard and it makes it impossible to have peace as you can hear every single thing even from the corridors, I’ve never regretted this much. It’s worse when you have loud neighbours because even if you report it to security, nothing will happen. They staff here are very incompetent. The water runs cold or runs out if you’re in the shower for more than 3 minutes. Reception you will never receive any help because there’s never anyone there and the staff that does work there are very disrespectful and live in the apartments as well and would rather go out to their rooms than to try and help with grievances. Disaster, I hate it here. I wish my lease could just end so I can stop being miserable. Themba and the staff that are supposed to be helpful are very ignorant of the grievances we have. If you’re considering living here, especially the one in RIVONIA. DON’T THINK ABOUT IT. I could be asleep but I’m here writing this review because of this stupid place.

Its 11pm and I theres no way of falling asleep because the noise is unberearable, The corridor is crazy loud, people or should I say students making extreme noises. It doesnt help that its divided by boxes and not brick walls its impossible to rest,, the worst decision I have taken so far is moving here,. The noise levels are uncontrollable. Its crazy. I havent been sleeping for weeks since Ive moved in here, its my second month and I can tell its not gonna be easy. You cannot have sanity here You hear every walk, every sound outside, even a teaspoon falling on the floor. Im exhausted from lack of proper sleep and very frustrated. The management needs to do something about this because this place does not accomodate Working people, it should be student accomodation only because kids and adults dont have the same priorities.

In one night you can hear up to 3 to 5 people doing their business due to the thin walls.

This is definitely a place to stay 🤞. With everything just a stone-throw away. These apartments are so affordable, given the facilities that it offers, I mean this place has its own Miniature Golf course😀😀. How amazing! I would recommend this to anyone who knows the value of their money and comfort.

The place is clean and has security. There are some young families living at the complex but there are students living there mostly.

I have been trying to get hold of Themba for 2weeks now, I have filled in the form but no one has contacted me, I went for a viewing but I could not view the place because there was no one there. Finally when I got through to Sabelo he took me back to Themba who is currently ignoring me on every platform I could think of. I asked on Instagram, I whatsapp Themba I called Themba, Sabelo and Judith; all of them do not answer and they do not return calls... This is really unaccepatable, the worst service in the whole world.

The construction noise at this place is driving me crazy! I’m working from home and I just can’t concentrate on my work because of the noise, it’s irritating, Even on Saturday you are woken up by noise, the walls are so thin you could literally hear everything your neighbour does. The area is great but I think they could’ve waited until the construction was done to let the tenants move in.

Been having issues with water coming into my unit and no one is helping me. This is very frustrating, my belongings are getting damaged. Ive been reporting this several times but nothing is being done....😪😪

I’m really disappointed that I’d have to write this review but I came for a viewing the other day and although the place looks amazing, the viewing experience was rather disappointing. I was made to wait for an agent for close to 30 minutes with no one present at the reception area. Upon the agent’s arrival besides the fact the he was not wearing a mask during a whole pandemic, he was extremely rude towards myself and the other viewers. Whenever we would ask questions he would reiterate by saying “ Look I said that...” with a very rude and condescending tone. He was constantly on his phone and whenever we go to the showroom or available areas in the building, he would stand literally outside and not take us through the rooms. He lacks people skills. In a nutshell, when I was looking at the place on the website, I really looked forward to moving to Live Easy but after the rude experience I received from your agent, I’ll continue to look for other places. Please do consider conducting training for your agents because right now, they’re chasing your potential customers away and not convincing them to consider living at Live Easy Rivonia.
