Ive had great experience with this particular cash converters. And Ive had very bad experiences at other branches so I know the difference pretty well. Very happy with the quality of products Ive bought here. Always friendly, always consider giving me great discounts. The kindness in the service is amazing. Im always made to feel valuable as a customer whether Im buying or selling. Love the politeness of gently saying we can only offer this much for your product and always feeling the need to explain to me why. Thank you so much guys, from the sales people to the manager, great service is so appreciated.
Hi, Ive noticed Few stores dont accept Drones for loans or trade in... And I still fail to understand why.... Can someone explain...??? Or are you guys accepting them..???
If you want to buy, there are some bargains. Staff are unfriendly and not helpful at all. If you need to pawn or sell something, go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time going here, they pull their noses up. I understand you can’t buy everything, but 3 times I have gone there, they are just not interested.
Staff at buyers division, black guy RUDE 🤮 just rude. Not welcoming . Without greeting he said cable missing plug missing. I walked out and didn’t even want to continue the sale. Rude
The true definition of service is what this shop is all about.I was helped by a friendly gentleman called Noel. Amazing, knowledgeable, ever smiling willing to go the extra mile just to make sure I got the best the deal. Its always a pleasure to deal with the cash converters employees, They treat you like family and you feel you belong and are taken great care of.
Very rude. No sense of value. Just an alround unpleasant experience. Wont see me again anytime soon.
Basically a waste, while we understand that rent needs to be paid , I still dont know why I paid R600 for a speaker from the Germiston store , yet in this store its R1700 for the exact same thing ... second hand store with brand new prices , take a hint from your other stores, Randburg being the best experience, Honeycrest, Melville , all good experiences, this place , nope !!!
Ive sold half my house to these guys. They are reasonable with their offers to purchase. Sale items well priced too
Excellent service from Jeff... very friendly sales people too
Staff unfriendly and no service was offered after waiting at the desk for 10 minutes. Absolutely rude staff.
My time trap, bargains galore (look carefully!). The staff here would be at home in my home!!!!
Excellent place to trade used goods, staff are really friendly and helpful, one stop shop to sort short term money needs.
A whole lot of stuff to choose from and staff are friendly and service is great love the stuff
Horrible place. Ill never set foot there again. Dont know what possessed me to go there.
Good service, friendly staff and lots of second-hand items for the discernable shopper.
For an xbox 360 game they give u R10. And they dont give u alot of money for what your item is worth
Great and friendly staff
The manager is so aggressive, unfriendly and unhelpfil. He is not responding to queries like a manager at all with patient and kindness.I hope them to be as kind as when you buy and pay money to them.I believe that the business just start when you purchase from a shop.
I think the pricing is too high.Service delivery is good though.
Cash Convertors is a terrible place. They are sharks and the place reeks of desperation.
Very poor store as far as Cash Converters go. I wanted to purchase 2 games and a music CD. The sales lady couldnt find the discs for any of them! She was unwilling to search for them, so she said theyre just gone. The store manager just stood there and shrugged. Sort out your disc cataloging!
Reliable second-hand goods store
Very nice people
Staff unfriendly and not interested in even looking at your goods. Never see me again, that’s for sure.
Excellent service from Jeff and Trevor
Absolutely terrible place to trade.
Great service
Large store which is great, however way over priced goods.
Cool
Cashways Fourways store. I think the price is higher for the second hand. . .
