Mobile unit arrived exactly on time and worked quickly, cleanly, and efficiently without supervision. Faith organized everything so efficiently. Was pleasantly surprised! Hope I don’t need to use their services again - but if I do I will certainly be back.

Not impressed. Did a claim through insurance guys were a no show on the date and time given. Rescheduled to the following day and made arrangements to have the car available and the installation team was an hour late. all this I accepted but the wrong windscreen was installed or at least some cheaper knock off windscreen with no sun protection at the top and what the call an antenna connection right in front of the drivers field of view. Nothing like the OE windscreen. They refuse to take responsibility and tell me to take it up with my insurance.

The service was good and the stuff was very friendly. My car was well taken care of and the place was clean.

The service from Basil and team is professional and friendly, except for the lady at the front desk. However, the execution was not the best. The wipers were not aligned properly (which they corrected when we spotted it), the stickers were all placed in opposite sides to what it was before and the washer pipes were not reconnected to be able to get water out (this could only be found when it was needed to use the washer). This are the issues identified thus far. We have to find another Glasfit based on where we are and make contact with Glasfit Bryanston to explain what has happened, etc.; its just additional work and time gone.

Actually my favourite Glasfit when things go wrong. Very quick repair to window chips, just make sure you call in advance so they can arrange for the uncle to come in and do the repair. Also do replacements, and tyre dealership next door for so pretty handy. Nandos too, if you need food, while you wait for the work to be completed.

They changed my glass perfectly and stole my brand new Nike shoes out of my bag which I asked Is it ok to leave my bag in my car? Saved on insurance lost 3000 rand worth of running shoe.Dont come here.

The lady who helped me, at the reception, Faith, was excellent. But Glasfit sms/WhatsApp system used to facilitate a claim is an absolute DISASTER. It doesnt work, it keeps giving you the same options without any progress.

Let me tell you about this place was literally here for 15min to do an inspection wow super super glad to have chosen this place for my inspection.

Told me they will be by my office in the afternoon, then no show, call and got told the next morning. I call the next day because they didnt pitch, to get told they dont have the windshield. Why not tell me before hand?Absolutely useless!

Absolutely pathetic and useless service. Claim was put through in the 9th of December and still no glass replacement. We have travelled to Knysna and Cape Town to accommodate Glasfit. Everytime we rock up the glass is wrong. No body answers the phone and Im on continues hold for 10-20 minutes at a time. They keep blaming the agents although they have my vin number. NOT IMPRESSED AND WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING OR USING GLASFIT EVER AGAIN.

Not happy with your service after replacing my windscreen my wipers were twisted had to go to a different glassfit to get it fixed. Later the glue came off ! Had to go fix that again at PG glass !

Went in for a windscreen chip repair and service was friendly and quick. No issues.

Disgusting. No aircon or fan in the waiting area. We are experiencing a heat wave, people! No drinking water, no drinking glasses, no milk for the tea and coffee available. How do you expect clients to wait over an hour on average in this sort of environment?

Customer service is disappointing. Am typing this at the Bryanston office and i claimed from my insurance on the 27th November 2019 and got approval same day and upto today the 14th December 2019 no progress at their end.For many days my claim was not even captured on the system for ordered glass.Disappointed to the core.

Worst service I ever received. My claim was approved and assigned to Glasfit Bryanston. They asked my VIN number with a very unprofessional email. After I send it and they asked for it again I send a mail for feedback. I called them after they missed the date set out for my car for feedback and got a new date. They missed that one as well and I asked my Insurance company to move me to PG glass where I was helped immediately and very professionally. So anyone, rather go to PG glass if you can

So the service here is totally bad and they dont care about clients. I arrived to get my car inspected for insurance as well as to enquire about windscreen repairs.. the guy at the reception should be let go because he chases customers away. I asked about the inspection before l finish talking he says the queue is over there, then l ask about having my windscreen checked because when it rains water sips into my ceiling... he already assumed its a chip as he didnt let me finish talking he says they dont do that weekends unless l have an appointment then l tell him its not a chip and finish as stated above but he says that costs 850 and its at ur risk as though to discourage me from coming totally disappointed will go else where

I have been asking for a quote for a windscreen replacement since 9am this morning. I spoke to a lady and a gentleman who promised to email and fax it to me. I then called and spoke to the manager Steve who promised it would get emailed to me. I still have received nothing. So obviously Glasfit Bryanston are so busy that they dont need my business even though I work for a large corporation. Shocking.

My insurance company uses Glassfit. Glassfit receives the request from the insurer and the selected branch (Bryanston) can’t be bothered to order the glass, or contact myself. When phoning the branch it takes 10 minutes for someone to answer the call and promises are made to call back once the glass is ordered - who knows when that might be ! !

They were busy, and got to me quickly, dealt with my questions very professionally and did the job without issues. Good work!

What ever you do, DO NOT GO TO GLASFIT BRYANSTON.The worse experience ever. They ordered the wrong window even though I provided the VIN number. Already they had ordered late now it’s the wrong one.I will inform my insurance not to use this branch

Glass fit your service sucks i ve bee referred to you by my insurance for two vehicle windscreen you were to quick to ask for access,paid 30/10/2015 your guys came to me three times, two times with wrong size / type 3rd time they brought me one vehicles windscreen out of two till today 10/12/2015 no respond no matter how many times i followed up no one ever give a dam they are good on telling people that they will look at it and phone back and never even a single call, fro your reception to top bryanston branch management sucks i wonder if they really know what they are doing , south Africa my beautiful people if i was you looking for new windscreen i would think twice about Glass fit

Outsurance assigned them to fix my window after a smash a grab - I just realized that they totally broke my electric window controls and just glued it back (it has now fallen apart 2 years down the line). I know I cant prove it but they were the only ones who ever touched that window. So shame on you for your crappy worksmanship and dishonest cover up.

Glassfit didnt order our windscreen for a whole week despite multiple follow ups. Call centre agents are dishonest and shift blame to car maker.

Service was fast but not a very customer friendly place

I came to Glasfit for a car inspection for insurance purposes. Firstly I went to their original address. Not sure who is to blame, insurance for giving me the wrong address or Glasfit for not updating insurance. Either way there was a sign up at the old location directing me to the new one which was 26min away. The place was just ok, they did the inspection but the service was slow. One would imagine an insurance mandated action like this would be a customer relationship opportunity for Glasfit. Just knock it out of the park and I mightve given five stars here for a minute of work. The employees here do not look happy which suggests poor management.A customer near me came to get her new windscreen fitted only to find out the days had been confused. Couldve been the customers fault but I suspect the communication wasnt clear. They told her to wait to hours or come on a Saturday morning and have it fitted on a first come first serve basis. Thats disappointing.I had to have more than one car inspected and although the inspection process was the same there were slight differences in the end result; with one attendant taking the time to make a special scannable copy for he inspection form whilst the other just handed me the carbon copy and sent me on my way.Im sure they do a decent job here but the impression is not good and I wouldnt come here unless I had to.

Horrible service. These guys phone lines are always busy. I was told this would take an hr before I came. When I was there for drop off was 1-2 hours. Its been 4 hours now and still I dont have my car. Struggling to call in to be picked up but cant get through. Such a headache. Wish the insurance companies stop forcing people to use such horrible service.
