Coming to Aspen drug and alcohol halfway house after secondary was one of the best decisions that I have made. Being in the halfway house kept me sober because of the structure that the house provides I was held accountable for my recovery while living in the house. Having the support from other members in the house also played a major part in my recovering journey.During level 5 lockdown there was a strong bond between all of us in the house and I have no doubt that this helped me stay clean.Aspen House has really worked for me it gave me a safe environment to work from during covid lockdown. I had everything I needed and was really a great recovering experience for me.Today I am proud to say that I am the house manager at Aspen House and I would strongly recommend Aspen House as a safe place to be if you need structure and support on your recovering journey.
