Local shops, petrol station, take-aways, and centrally located between the two most prominent malls. Which are Laguna Mall, Langebaan and Weskus mall, Vredenburg. If you have some time. Take a drive out and visit both.When youre a little lazy mood and just feel like snuggling up under those blankets, surprize suprize ELECTRIC BLANKET.. set to level of warmth and enjoy a little Dstv and their wi-fi facilities aid in streaming shows or series you might have missed. Clean towels daily. Bring your own wash rag or sponge. &Coffee, tea, sugar and milk is provided in the dining room and all guests are welcome to partake. They do have some family entertainment games available. These are however non electronic. they have a chessboard and 30secondes/trivia that makes it a perfect family fun time.Braai areas are located at the front or at the back of the property.Trustworthy anf hardworking staff like Aunty Joyce and Aunty Marilyn are hard to find. They made us feel right home. We appreciated that.Remote control access gate for car parking at the back(camp street). It does remain your responsibility to ensure that your car is lock and any valuables are removed from the interiorQuiet peaceful evenings, but just the sounds of t the waves crashing at full blast is a perfect indicator of this vacation.Tons of cubboard space in roomsSelf-catering services enforced due to health risk restrictions. Breakfast is however available at the, and place you would like to be enjoying.Its a bonus to have three rooms. We get to visited each other and promote family together time.Follow all covid regulations and health risk preventive measures.

We were put in the road suite and had the worst night..only to wake up to no hot water In the shower

Good value for money. At this price dont expect any frills or extras, but the room was clean, safe (alarm) and the bed was decent. Exactly what I expected at the price. The contactless sign in and check out was simple and worked well too.

12 on Beach is a wonderful guesthouse, staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed in room 1 had a private patio very spacious room, absolutely beautiful loved every minute, pity we only stayed for the weekend. I will definitely be back again soon for a longer stay, Sonja was a absolute help. Thank you guys keep up the great work.

Clean and tidy, right opposite the beach. Only went to visit a friend there, but it had safe parking and the rooms were large. Lovely bathrooms.

Average place, with horrible Ill disciplined cleaners, who kept on peeping through our window every 5 mins. They started harassing my husband and I from 9am claiming they want to tidy the room for the next guests. Check out is 10h00 for goodness sake!!!! Sonja, and your cleaners, I hope you are happy you made our stay at your place turn into a nightmare!!This will be relayed to all our colleagues in the forces to avoid this place!!!!!

Not what we expected if one look at the photos on the Lekkerslaap website. Not as nice as we hoped. No view of the sea from our room. And look at the parking space! Really! Crowded beyond words. Staff very friendly though.
