Simple shop with value for money freshly made to order fish, calamari & chips. I ordered the hake & chips and spicey calamari. The portions were excellent. The spicey calamari was 👌. I recommend this place to anyone visiting Saldanha 👍

Fantastic seafood! Love the Hake though the Snoek is the best.

We were fortunate to be present when a fresh haul of fish was being unpacked. Many feezers filled with reasonably priced seafood. Spices are also available to add that extra flavours.There a fish and chip outlet, too.Staff are friendly and helpful.

Prices are good, nice variety of seafood. Was just disappointed as i bought 10 oysters and when i got home there were only 8, as 2 of the shells were empty. Surely they should check these things, especially if you pay to have them opened and packaged.

A wonderful array of fresh and frozen goodies for sale At the side where you buy to take home. Then there is a takeaway place and a sit down section. We had a lovely little spring roll with fish and a freshly made fish cake. Yum

What u are looking and they have everything what u need? Some times have tunasteak to sale there.kabeljou, yellowstail, angel,everything differend fish,mussels,bokkoms,Spice,wood and many more.Not expensive.Cheaper than Mosselbaai,Knysna and Plettenbergbay which place i have visit.

Fresh fish nice people a community staple it seems to be. Every class of person was there to get their fish n chips fix fresh flaky hake not watered down viniger like you get at most places... nothing says west coast like charlies

My favourite shop to visit when Im Saldanha.

Charlies has very nice fresh fish and are well priced. They also sell a variety of sea food, spices and sauces. The owners are there most of the time and the staff know the product. They have a take away fish shop and grill next door that you could also try out! Great take out!

You will always find reasonable priced fresh fish there.

I think my wife has got shares at Charlies,when we in langebaan one of the first things she would say lets go to Charlies and then my credit card buckle,fresh fish and the smoke snoek is a hit,well done.

Hake wasnt fresh. Batter was thin, pale and not crispy. Calamari was nice. Chips a bit oily...i think they can do better however because i think their hearts in the right place
