I would like to start with a compliment to the staff at the store. They are friendly and polite, and eager to assist. I am not too sure if my poor service experience is because of the store or the actual franchise that doesnt care for their customers.I am exceptionally disappointed in the service that I received from BT Games. They rarely have stock and when they place an order for you on your purchase, it is delayed by days... I cant say much about the service of GAME Store, but I think I would have received my purchase faster from them.

Like the place a lot friendly and helpful staff, unfortunately my reason for the log ratting is with my last purchase I bought a second hand game and after my SIX hour drive to where I stay when wanting to Play the game I discover that they neglected to place the disk in the game case, which was very disappointing.
