I just received a horrible service from Aramex I have 1 parcel I ordered on the 15th of August even now I havent received it I even called them they said they gonna send it on Saturday but again on Saturday I called them they guy who said is going to deliver it today is not even on duty so now they dont even answer my calls.

I have 2 parcels lying at Aramex Rustenburg. I got through telephonically ONCE. the lady confirmed that the parcels were there but that all delivery vehicles were all out and that the will send it out the next day.Almost 2 weeks later and no delivery and it is ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE to get through on your landline. The irony of the voice that keeps on saying Thank you for your patience!111😩

I have had an absolutely horrific experience with Aramex South Africa and their incompetent team. I have spent countless hours listening to their welcome music and being bounced around from consultant to consultant with no feedback.My package has been in the country since 12th July 2020 and it is 7th August 2020. Almost a month of me following up, calling, emailing, tickets being created, queries being filed to no avail.Their service is PATHETIC to say the least. Absolute rubbish.If you want a no hassles delivery company deal with DHL for international parcels and Fastway/The Courier guy for national parcels.It is beyond disgusting the service a person has to endure after PAYING for it.

Very disappointed with service. They picked up my parcel on Monday 18 May 2020. On Friday 22 May at round about 16h00 I received phone call from courier guy asking for directions to house. After giving him directions he told me that it to late for delivery and that he wil callme on Saturday morning for delivery. Useless to say that I never received a ph call from him on Saturday. I tried to call him, no answer. Om Monday mornig 9.45 I tried to ph Capetown and Rustenburg offices no answer. I just need to know when i will receive my parcel.Very very poor customer service

After HELL with other Couriers I finally stumbled apon Aramex, Never have I received friendlier service and such quick responses. My Parcel arrived in LESS than 24 HOURS from CPT to RTB. Not often that a company astounds me with its customer service and not to mention the competitive prices! WELL DONE ARAMEX RUSTENBURG!

My parcel was picked up by Aramex on the 21st December 2018 at 15h48 for overnight delivery but up to today (27th December 2018) no delivery? It was delivered 06h54 on the 24th Dec.2018 in Rustenburg according to tracking search, but no delivery to Thabazimbi? This caused me to stay home during x/mas day and could not visit my children and grandsons who was eagerly waiting for their grandparents?

Useless company always late with excuses and communication is worse they dont reply to emails will definitely not recommend or use them ever again.
